- I this video I would like to show you how to make pan fried Red Snapper in Lemon Butter sauce. This red snapper in lemon butter sauce is a delicious and elegant way to enjoy fresh red snapper. The fish is pan-fried until golden brown and flaky, then topped with a rich and creamy lemon butter sauce. The sauce is made with butter, lemon juice and it perfectly complements the flavor of the fish. This dish is perfect for a special occasion or a romantic dinner for two.
The ingredients:
1 pcs Red snapper fillet
0 gr White onion
20 gr Garlic 75 gr Butter
00 ml Fish stock
1 pcs Lemon
1 pcs Tomato
1/2 teaspoon White sugar
Asnd Parsley
Asnd Salt and pepper
Asnd Vegetable oil
Instructions:
Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the fish fillets to the skillset and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the fish from the skillset and set aside. In the same skillset, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the lemon juice to the skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly. Stir in the parsley. To serve, place the fish fillets on a serving platter and top with the lemon butter sauce.
Tip:
For the best results, use fresh red snapper fillets. To make the sauce ahead of time, simply cook it according to the instructions and then let it cool completely. Store the sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When you're ready to serve, simply reheat the sauce over low heat until warmed through. Ternyata ada tipsnya ya cara menghindari menempelnya ikan pada pan saat dimasak yakni dengan meletakannya di atas kertas tissue terlebih dahulu dengan kulit menghadap ke bawah.
Ilmu baru nih.

Hem yummy, kali ini menunya kakap merah ya bang. Salah satu ikan yang terkenal di dunai kuliner. Rey pernah coba yang kakap merah, dan menurut Rey lebih enak ketimbang kakap lain. Menurut Abang bener ga? Terus lihat Abang Milet ikannya kok gampang bener ya 😂😂😂 keren. Kalau Rey kayaknya butuh waktu lama hehehe

How to make the crunch potatoes
it is crushed potato. just boil whole potato with salted water then crushed them with a fork then add some fresh butter. Add salt and pepper. You can add some chopped chives/parsley/black olive /capers or any vegetable you like. Thank you for watching..🙏
How much white vinegar for this recipe?
it's written on the description. It's half tea spoon. You can use either vinegar or lemon juice and you add it little by little at the end of the sauce making.

Rasanya jadi aneh krn memang rasa unsalted butter jauh berbeda dgn blue band (mentega).
Kenapa harus pakai bawang bombay dari pd bawang merah biasa chef , apa ada perbedaan untuk hasil masakan atau pengaruh dengan rasa ?
Itu berpengaruh dgn rasa. Untuk makanan western terutama French cuisine dan Italian Cuisine mrk memggunakan shaslots/bawang merah yg mirip dgn bawang merah kita dan mereka memasak itu dlm pembuatan sauce main course yg dibuat dgn mencampur liquer yg berbeda-beda ( tergantung main dish nya). Jd dalam pembuatan menu ikan laut pst ada shallots, white wine, fish stock dan butter. Ke 4 komponen ini hrs ada lengkap. Jadi smua ada rule2 yg dipakai dlm setiap dish termasuk pemakaian rempah2 fresh nya. Di menu ini sy tdk menggunakan white wine( moslem ) jd sy ckp gunakan bawang bombayTrims buat pertanyaannya yah smoga bermanfaat.
