Flew just today, My friend was saying Mumbai one is better but Terminal 2 at Bangalore is a work of art. Eacha nd everything from Chandeliers, to tables, to announcement speakers, in and out of the lounge is all Bamboo themed. Loved it.
It's funded by public private partnership, State government headed by BJP at that time funded 13% and 13% by Airports authority of India and rest by private partnership. Actually the central government is doing partiality towards Karnataka since last 6 to 8 years when compared to Gujarat and UP. We are the second largest taxpayers state in the country but we are getting little fund from centre for our development except highways.
