Its no wonder the waiting list for an angiogram in the RUH is so long.......weeeks and weeks of worry for patient and family!!!!!!!! Not good!!!!!

you need to take 1000 mg of magnesium every day 2x500mg a day and eat spinach every day with no fat ! fat doesn't let magnesium get absorbed . People who eat a vegetarian diet high in Magnesium and never have heart disease . no meet , no dairy , no sugar , no fat , no oils !........... organic vegan diet !
