Hey what's up with the channel? Your vids were an awesome inspiration and is a good reason why I have made so many ww2 builds and I'm sad to see you stopped uploading. if you don't want to tell me that's fine just wondering if you have any plans. Ps still subscribed btw.
props to the guys on those houses, those look good even as standalones They look pretty with all the extra architectural details liek the overhangs and window frames lego should get them to make the modular buildings line
Who also noticed the historical error at 10:44 ? The flag at the building is the one of later Federal Republic of Germany and not the one of the German Reich in 1944.
A reminder that we are more builders than historians. We are bound to get a few things wrong, so we appreciate the corrections every now and then. Thank you!
@@PanzerBricklabs It was also the Flag of the Weimarer Repuplik, so with a bit of a squint you MIGHT get away it. If for example you say there was someone who wanted to show his loyalty to the old democratic system... BTW I grew up in Aachen and though there are none of the distinct Landmarks, you caught the architecture pretty good, well done guys!
many damaged buildings were demolished and replaced after the war in most German cities, so what you see on google maps may not be the same building that stood there during the war. Some buildings received new facades. They tried to repair the buildings where they could, also due to costs and to retain the city's pre-war identity. Not all could be saved
The building is realy good but the historical acuracy is far less so the soldures shown here on the german side are weirmacket and they were not involed in book burnings they were involved in mass murder and parts of the holocast but not book burning while thousands of books were burnt by the SS and brown shirts they never burnt books they didnt have at least one copy of and by this point any books that would be in a public library in germany in this case Aachen there would be no books that weren't veted and or censerd on public display whats more is the burning of books seen as valuable or of cultral importance to the reich which if they were on public display they would of have to have been would have been considerd unaceptable also this being a library under nazi rule mien kamph would have been present on the shelves the berning of which would probably get you shot
this has got to be one of the best ww2 builds ive seen props to all the builders and volunteers
Yes
Imagine playing with legos here, it would’ve been our childhood dream.
Yeah
The lore would be insane 😂😭
I’m living in Aachen and the buildings are quite accurate, many buildings here actually look like a so still today, very great job
Aachen High 5. Also... Klänkes High 5
Ok ich wohn auch in Aachen
Clearly one of the best WW2 dioramas ever built. Outstanding work guys!

Yeah. It was rly cool to see it in person
Huge respect to the builders of this amazing piece of art
Awesome work guys! Look so good in person
Fantastic work on making the dilapidated buildings!
no fuckin way u like the buffalo sabres
I saw this at the expo in Chantilly and loved it! Deep respect to the builders.
This is one of the best Mocs I’ve ever seen, great job guys!
Love how they put the german medics helping the American medics
I just love all the wallpaper they placed in the houses.
Incredible build! Great job to all the builders involved
I really like how they made the smoke, it makes it look like a Lego comic book. Pretty cool
props to the guys on those houses, those look good even as standalones They look pretty with all the extra architectural details liek the overhangs and window frames
lego should get them to make the modular buildings line
How has it been two years since this masterpiece was maade
The buildings look awesome. Did they use Band of Brothers as a reference?
Nice one BUT as me living in Aachen, I miss the theater :D
How did you do the m4 shermans i want to know but everything else good and nice but still i want to know how you made the m4 shermans
This is very beautiful moc
I am from germany. I really like how many details in the buildings are
Were do people get the figs and vehicles??
The vehicles are mostly selfmade I guess but the figs are from the minifig co, brickfabric and brickmania
@@lennard-productions8475 mini fig co is so expensive as well so their bank account spontaneously combusted
2:15 i love that there's german medics
This is so cool well done with the details with buildings and just with the whole thing really
This is so cool
How did they make those opel cars?
I love this
How long did it take them to build that
Impressive
Amazing
mind-blowing
Im jealous now
Looking at all those legos
Great video I am trying to copy of the layout and the buildings with the colours as well
This is so awesome
In Germany Meat Shops are Metzgerei
ill never understand how some kids had this many pieces growing up. This is like 10k in lego right here
How much I would like to do it
In Germany we say Metzgerei not Fleisch Laden but a very nice build wow
Amazing moc!!!!!!!
Nice video!
This is the earliest I have ever been
I’m just here for the LEGO
Szuper cool😀😱

The Germans did not burn books because they hated books. That makes no sense. But great job on the build.
I am building an Achean with 6 plates and am constantly running out of peices
Great build but having a hard time believing there is half a million peices in this build tho
half of them are up hunters ass
worry bout yourself bro
@@peterr8779 how much shrubbery and sand green clips do you have
@@peterr8779 don’t worry bout me im a thug.
@@nbmlego28 he has about 500,000 sand green 1x1 clips

Nice!
why does lego not make any military kits?
How are you not lagging from all those peices?

Wow😮😮❤❤❤
It’s beautified enough to make a man cry, but that’s okay.
I want to build something like this but i don't have the money for tanks, artillery, and transportation vehicles so i use plastic ones
is it in the uk?
That is one of the best lego sets on brickmania
Looks amazing but the Vehicles looks so small compared to the buildings
my grandparents survived while bombing runs at Aachen, after that my grandfather get arrested at GI after he helps a wounded American soldier
What happened to them that’s so sad
nice
imagine cameraman falling on this💀
You should do not American but British or French army
Tiger 2 destroyed by shermans?
Maul coming back didn’t make much sense. But it wouldn’t have been better any other way in my opinion.
Apocalyptic
Didn’t they already make this video
I live in Aachen
Same here

There's absolutely no way this is half a million pieces, that's 100,000 more pieces than I have in my collection and I've built bigger than this
Yes but the road is 10k alone the 1by 2s and each building has so much detail with 1 by 1 and 1by 2 it’s not impossible
💯
Very nice moc
And it’s so funny hearing him saying “Aachen” cause I am living in Aachen he’s pronouncing it so wrong haha
Im two days is my Birthe day
I dont want to know how expensiv this was
their bank account took more damage than the city

Love lego Not Legos
The flag being used on the building is wrong. It was not used at that time. Also, any flag would have been the swastika instead of the national flag
I don’t think builders can but the swastika in there builds
Alaways those rich americans... when a new tank or new minifigs are out they always buy tons of these and someone like me gets nothing at the end
Amazing build but shame no other armies are representative and there is so many sponsors kinda ruins it IMO
I mean it’s based off of a historical battle between Germans and Americans so they couldn’t have added any more
people fightet for there life and the dude be like oh i made it in lego
They definitely used cod ww2 for inspiration
Think they used the actual war for inspiration
These guys have to switch to “special operations” now.
Ole Kirk Christiansen is rolling in his grave rn

I agree and pls fix your spelling, i had a hard time guessing some words. (Wehrmacht, Mein Kampf and some english words)
The figs are SS.
+ the new german national flag wouldnt be Displayed like in the moc it would be most likley a swastika flag
4:50 Not germans, rightwing nazi’s….. just a statement.
