You can't say that for those who are wealthy and do not have any part in the construction of such a place. It is possible to build on a lower scale a home like this one. My home is much more cozy and interesting looking on the outside than this one. I will have faux stained glass in the walls too. I am also putting in a swim pond with water falls too in the back. I get $771. a month and $600. from another place. The taxes are only $345. yr. I have to rebuild a lot of it as the water damage took away the kitchen and the floor some of the ceiling. But it is doable. Come over and watch how the poor can do it. My health is bad with Fibromyalgia and being 61. I do have my son's who help and a few friends who can somewhat. I just take it one day at a time.

What an incredible home! I am not sure if I would buy this home for $160 million or if I would buy an actual palace or Chateau in Europe and renovate it, though the modern touches, like the incredible kitchen and wonderful fish tank with the TV set in the middle of it would be out of place in a building like that, or you would have to damage or obscure parts of the original building....so this seems like the more reasonable alternative for someone with that sort of money.
