Congress govt wanted to diverse the existing scams and they couldn't able to provide what they promised before election, so they wanted to diversify the topic and they succeeded in this. One thing i pinpoint is, some people from North i see rather than dis-agreeing with govt decision, they are insulting the kannada language, culture, and people . And it again triggered the people of Karnataka. Even people of Karnataka is against this but the way north people are showing hatred towards Karnataka is something different even i astonished. In nutshell govt succeeded,in divisive politics.
Here is a harsh truth that nobody wants to accept: nobody likes sudden changes in demographics. I was born and brought up in Bangalore, and I must say that this city has seen uncontrolled and unplanned development since the 2000s. As a result, a huge number of people, mostly from the north, have been coming here just because we have jobs in our state. I am not disappointed because of that; I am disappointed because the IT job concentration has not moved out of Bangalore even after all these years. Ask any native cab driver, and they will be ranting about the appearance of migrants in the city. Being South Indian, we had to change our entire menus in our Udupi restaurants in order to cater to other people. Fact: The Marathi folk didn't like Biharis in Maharashtra, nor do native Canadians like Indians flooding the country with jobs. Its human nature. You cannot call me a racist or a bigot for this statement because this is 100% fact Make WFH (work from home) a national law so that many jobs, like those in IT, can be done easily without causing traffic issues and choking our cities.
My statement was - "nobody likes rapid demographic change", and I'm not making this into a North vs South debate. The politicians will do anything in their hands to stay in power. The problem being is if a lot of disorder is caused in the majority of any province, state or a country, and if the process of governance is democratic, then they will resort to amending laws to favor them. I am North Indian and agree, there should be more wfh so that people do not overcrowd tier 1 cities. And stay in villages increasing overall india jobs, not just concentrated to just one state like dehli NCR etc, Not all can wfh but who can, should be allowed to overcome this issue of overcrowding a single place. Same here in uttrakhand, during peak season,there is overcrowd of people visiting here, which should b controlled
But the issue is about ecosystem. A city develops a ecosystem and then eventually becomes a global city, you can't have a Bangalore in every state like you can't have a Shenzen in every Chinese province so this divide is not going to take us anywhere. Even Kolkata a dead city literally has local language bordering in minority status, and most of top line businesses and trade is dominated by non natives with most wealthy people around also being non natives with a lot of Hindi dominance but would throwing them out really help anyone? Nopes. In fact many were forced to leave under communist unions and we still regret it. A city if good will attract talented and best people all over the nation, that's how you outcompete others, becoming a global brand and a global city. Your govt earns more and more revenue, boosts public investment and local businesses enjoys support. Only problematic thing is when locals are subjugated and outsiders become dominating which shouldn't happen. And every state must develop their economies, if not IT be good at some other thing.
Good now companies can finally move out of benguluru and relocate In other states of India 😌then please enjoy your kannadiga where there no company 😂🤢🤮🤮🤮
I think it's a good chance for other states to attract pvt companies. Thanks Karnataka govt. There are other capable cities like hyderabad ,pune etc and companies are moving also Amazon, Google has their main offices in Hyderabad .

Bangalore is going to explode, its highly congested, scientific research has claimed that it will not livable in coming years if no measures taken immediately. So much stress and over population in such a tight place. Atleast now migrants will take responsibility and ask for employment in their region from there elected minister. Equal distribution of population and stress is very important.
This ! No one is talking about the real issue, Bangalore is choked right now because of the sheer number of people living here and the state gov is struggling to have enough resources to improve the infrastructure.
I don't like Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, NCR, because of the shallowness & rude behavior of people. It has given me trauma & bad experience. I will go anywhere but not any of these NCR region.
