I'm Ethan from Canada. Love your videos. You make some great points I need to focus on a few of these.
01 Stop reliving your past mistakes.
02 Stop worrying about things you can’t control.
03 Stop worry about what people thinking about you.
04 Stop doing things you don’t enjoy doing.
    05 Don’t be a people pleaser.
06 Don’t feel the need to stay current
07 Stop caring about people who don’t care about you.
08 You don’t have to stay up late.
09 Stop answering the phone right away.
    10 Stop fearing the future

The only one I still struggle with is going to bed earlier. I've always been a night owl. 😊

@@JamesMurphyYT Great video James. Am happy to say that I don’t do many of those things. Although my biggest challenges at the moment is dealing with work stress and eating rubbish due to this stress. Getting the wrong side of 40 and my blood pressure was through the roof the other day. Like most blokes I have never been to the doctor, and my diet has been poor for years. So will be making some better health choices in 2025. Married with twin girls, so need to make sure I am doing everything I can to be around for as long as can for them.

@simimackay2638 I'm having BP problems and cholesterol too at the moment and am doing a BP diary so I know where you're coming from.
Stress does you no good. I struggle relaxing, and took up meditation to help, which it has. I was cynical about it, but it seems to have helped in some respects.
      I'm just outside Cambridge.

@ I am Peterborough based. I have not even checked cholesterol. So that is probably high too. Sweet tooth for years.
Don’t drink much and have not smoked for many years since the kids were born.
Kicking sugar is so hard though, as I am an addict 😂 Building in fruit each day and have stopped eating chocolate, sweets, biscuits, crisp etc. I walk 10000 steps routinely every day and have done for 7 years now. So hopefully this will help me. Have recently stopped doing Martial arts, which I have done for around 15 years with two years of teaching students. Had to unfortunately stop this due to work changes this year and found my students a new home.
Might look into meditation to see if it adds a new dimension and life help. 👍

@simimackay2638 it strikes me that you haven't been doing too much wrong apart from the sweets. That should hold you in good stead.

This is kind of a wrap up of that last few vids. Getting each one into a sentence. Good idea.
My free government phone only rings twice. Plus, I can't save people so I have to carry a little phone book around with me. Luckily, the spam skips me and goes straight to voicemail. I don't have family, they have already gone, so I'm not worried about some 'dreaded' call. And people with ADHD hate to hear a phone ring, it's a side affect. So most of the time, I just turn it off.
I don't want to work anymore. I hate washing dishes, mopping, dusting...but I live alone and it has to be done every day. I really hate going to the doctor or hospital. But, has to be done. (5 hospital trips this year so far.) I do love staying up late, finally, and do take advantage of that. I am a diagnosed Night Owl, I am going to assume you are a Lark. I'm eating my mid-day meal at 10p! LOL One thing I've stopped is decorating! Yay! I leave stuff up all year round...Nativity Scene, pumpkin, Easter cross, shamrock, the National Flag, etc. I'm fine.
I think we've covered the rest.
    Stay safe...

I ended up unplugging my landline. I figure if it's someone who knows me, they'll have my mobile...or if not they can get me via my social medias. The only people who phoned my landline were people trying to sell me something.
We're always awake by 6am...although we stay in bed until 7, because I got up and made a cup of tea which we drink in bed and we listen to the radio before getting up. However, I used to do that when I got to bed late as well, so there's no difference there.
      Thanks for commenting Josh.
