Starting from scratch i have been doing the walking routines 3 to 4 times a week for a few weeks. Started with the 10 minute one moved up to 15 to 20 to 30 minute ones. I hope to work up the courage to start with the light jogs. Is there one that won't be such a shock to my 62 year old body? Thanks ibex..
You are crushing it! You could just stick to the walking workouts. Walking is such a good form of exercise. If you want to bump up to a light jog, I would suggest the 20 MIN Beginner Walk and Light Jog video!

Starting slow nevered done this workout but i was able to maintain 3.6 with your incline thanks definetly doable!.
