This Chinese Drama ruined all other Chinese dramas....it is still vivid in my mind. Loved it. Great acting, great story, and left wanting.
It’s actually showing a standard that should be and not easily approving trash acting, story, and production. I approved this serie compared to the plenty of many other trash series.

I don't like when they change the actors. It makes me feel like they can't play the characters right. Also some season 2 dramas are always different from season 1 but I'm hoping this one will be good.
Well, to my understanding most of the cast is coming back and most importantly Zhang Ruo Yun. Xiao Zhan isnt a big loss, his appearance was only brief and at the end of Season 1

I think it's been 5 years since series one, it must be hard for them all to synchronize their schedules. I think they changed Zhou Xian because he is a superstar now. But I can't wait. The leading man is of course irreplaceable!

Bingyun’s stability reason for stabbing Fan did not make sense, since Fan opposed the Second Prince’s rebellion plot which would lead to more instability.

@rosemilkytea Not really. If you look at the amount of lead-level actors in JOL2, adding XZ into the mix wouldn't have made much difference. I personally think he's missing out.

😊I think he stuck his sword in him to save him getting killed. Like the other guy did when he gave his sister a non fatal wound. But yes, the Zhou Xian character not very nice.
