Brief unboxing and Install of the OLM (Outside Line Motoring) CR Spec Taillights. These are the "Dark Smoked Lens with Black Base and Red Running Light" option.

Thanks man. Headlights came in and the drivers side is damaged. I'm waiting to hear from SubiSpeed on what will happen. They are currently out of stock. So hopefully I won't have to wait months.
Also I'll need a week or so to plan the wiring for the side mirror signals. They add DRL's and puddle lights.
the "c" shape opening to the outside is a very Nissan thing. the lights are crisp, but not a real must-have in my book. it also looks like they eliminate the rear side marker light (3 leds in the stock tails). overall, good car show bonus points but the dark housings stick out too much on non-black/lapis blue cars like my pure red example....
If you want to torque the headlight nuts down. It is roughly 3-5 ft lbs.

I love them. They look perfect on darker cars. Everyone give me compliments on them. Have fun installing them!

How have these held up?? Still fully functional? Any issues? How about any moisture?
I sold the car 2 years ago, but I talk to the gentleman who bought it, occasionally. He hasn't had issues to report. He would tell me if something was malfunctioning or problems he's having as I would help resolve them. He's put 30k+ miles on the car since I installed them. So I would say they are good to go.
are your reverse lights dim when the car isnt on i noticed my lights are dim then get brighter eventually when i dont have the car running
I don't own the car anymore. Sorry I can't answer that.
Any problems with your reverse lights? I got these early January and my reverse lights went out. Not the fuses.
The ones I installed are working great still.
Did you have your set warrentied by SubiSpeed?

I'd go and check all your connections to makes sure everything is connected good. I'd go as far as disconnecting and reconnecting if the problem happens again.
Can you adjust how fast the sequential turn signal goes?
No, you can't unfortunately.

@@Jabbazuki SubiSpeed is pretty fast with restocks. You shouldn't have to wait long.
Any condensation/moisture?
So far so good. I think people that have this problem, didn't clean the mounting location like I did in the video. Which makes that foam seal not do its job correctly.
I've had mine installed for nearly a year now. Had a very light amount of condensation for a day or two after the initial install, but haven't had any since. Also no problems with the lights themselves. Still working like new!
