  • Cannelloni is one of the most popular dishes of Italian cuisine.
    Cannelloni with ricotta spinach under tomato and Bechamel sauce is a recipe for a delicious dish that will decorate your everyday or festive table.
    Ingredients: Cannelloni
    pasta - 10-12 pcs;
    Spinach 400 g;
    Ricotta cheese-400 gr;
    Mozzarella cheese-200 gr;
    Milk - 500 ml;
    Butter - 50 g;
    Wheat flour - 50 g;
    Salt, pepper to taste;
    Mashed tomatoes (tomato sauce) - 500 gr;
    Nutmeg-nut 1 tsp;
    Cannelloni does not need to be boiled beforehand, you can immediately bake it in the oven.
    1. Fry the garlic in olive oil, then add the spinach;
    2. Make the Bechamel sauce: melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour, stirring with a whisk so that lumps do not form. Add warm milk and mix thoroughly, bringing to a boil, if desired, you can add nutmeg;
    3. Chop the spinach with a blender or a knife;
    4. In a separate container, mix the Ricotta cheese and chopped spinach;
    5. Salt, pepper to taste;
    6. Fill the cooking bag with ricotta with spinach;
    7. Put a little tomato sauce and Bechamel sauce on the bottom of the baking dish;
    8. Fill cannelloni with spinach and ricotta filling;
    9. Put the cannelloni in the mold, pour the remaining tomato sauce and Bechamel sauce on top;
    10. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top;
    11. Cover with foil;
    12. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees, remove the foil in 10 minutes.
