This information is **NOT** correct depending on the firmware version. On the sleep report screen you may ONLY be seeing the hours for the specified time period (day, week, year). If it just shows "used hours" and not "run hours" then you need to scroll down to service (the wrench icon) to see the actual total machine hours.

Any idea how to reset the motor life time? I changed the motor, and it runs great now, but still give me the "motor life exceeded" message.

I changed the motor but I can't reset the usage time, the device continues to display the message "motor life exceeded". Does anyone know how to reset the engine lifespan?

My run hours are just under 9500. Should I consider getting a new machine?

Hi Stephen, it is recommended to replace units after 5 years of use or when the unit starts showing signs of wear and tear. Units will often lose pressure accuracy after prolonged use resulting in ineffective treatment. Please give us a call if you have any other questions!
