Today we're grateful to have Yvonne Knap, CEO of StarKid Universe here with us all the way from Slovenia!
Spending a month in North Carolina with Compleat KiDZ, Yvonne was able to bring her mindfulness practices to our clinics and teach breathwork through simple (though effective!) exercises and stories.
How does breath work, mindfulness, and meditation help the community? Can it work for both neurotypical and neurodiverse populations? What about Bob?
