Dang lotta haters because a guy doesn't upload a highly edited and produced video review. Gorgeous car, nice lowered stance with tasteful mods on a borrowed lift is what I see. Thanks for the video. I'm buying this lift to be able to use on my f150 as well as my Alfa Duetto Spider. Cheers!
Costco puts these on sale about every four months at a significant discount. The 7000 series is built much more robust than the 5000 series. For slightly more money you get a much stronger lift that will outlast the lighter one by a significant measure....my two cents.
This was actually my cousins quick Jack. But I would say the mor weight capacity it could hold the better. If you have the money for it. But the models that work for your vehicles weight range should be fine. Thanks.
I'm I correct, you had to use an another jack to lift your car to put the yellow blocks under the tires for height before even using the QuickJack 7000SLX? How much additional time did this take? I have the 5000EXT and it's a PIA fitting & setting it up for cars with different chassis lengths. Jackpoint Jack Stands may seem to be a better and faster setup if having several cars with different chassis lengths.
Remy Hors d'âge i actually drove on to the yellow blocks so I could get a little more clearance to put the Jack's under. I do not recommend using the yellow blocks because my car kept gripping on them and made them kick back which was dangerous. I would recommend driving on pieces of wood to get clearance for the jacks. It wouldnt take more than 10 minutes setting up would to drive on to get the clearance for the Jack's. Hope that helped.
This being the the 7000 series, are the lift frame and rubber blocks thicker? Maybe one of the lower capacity lifts would be more suitable for a car this size.
@@hippo780 not slammed. Tucked tires is slammed. I have no wheel well gap which is what I prefer. I'll track one day. Thank you for watching the video brother.
Thanks for the good review! Thinking about getting one of these - nice to see that the 7K version fits this car.

Aye thanks brother. I don't mind any kind of feed back. Just the average consumer doing a review.
It's not a "compressor", it's a hydraulic pump. These jacks run off of hydraulic oil, not compressed air, you can't compress a liquid.
Thanks for the correction.
Most people won't even realize how unique those rims are on a Suzuka blue S2k. Love em!
Thank you my brother. Appreciate it
Bro the Tokyo extreme racer zero soundtrack I love it!
you know how we do it. classic

Good video. Thank you for posting. What are those yellow pads you drove on?
Just some blocks to help get the car under the quick jack.
any reason why you went with the 7000 and not the 5000?

gjmob I'm not sure if they are thicker as I have not used the other models . But yes the smaller models would be better suited for my car.
@@Ap2racer Thats cause that S2000 is slammed and prob never even sees the track, but if that's the look you prefer to each his own I guess
