The Ocean band is indeed awesome; it is very comfortable, looks awesome, and stays clean and dry.

It's a nice band, funny thing is if you get the white you see how dirty you're watch band get, but I'm missing it with the holes...in the ocean that gets probably sand and dust and salt in it as fuck, it's a big design flaw. I think they better could have gone for a standard lock Meganism here

Last Saturday, I bought the Ultra with the Ink Ocean Band. Initially was concerned that the watch might look too big on my wrist, but when I compared it to the 45mm the look is so much better. Now after 3 days, I can honestly say it is a fantastic watch.

There’s no ink ocean band
I ordered the Ocean band from the get go, and then second-guessed myself and tried to change it. Only way to do that was to cancel and reorder. Not wanting to lose my spot, I stuck with it. After receiving it, I’m glad I didn’t change it. I love it! Very comfortable and it can get wet with no after-effects! I might pick up the trail loop eventually as a backup.
$100 is allot for a damn band

Thanks for the quick review I pulled the trigger on the ocean band, I can’t stand when that cloth material doesn’t dry and is slightly damp all day. Fingers crossed ocean will be optimal enough for running.

I have the orange ocean band and love it. May get the blue as well so I can switch things up occasionally.

I went with free alpine band which I love but picked up the midnight ocean band and was shocked that I like it even more. It’s so comfortable and fits great. It was least favorite on release day and not after in hand it’s my favorite

I accidentally ordered the ocean band instead of the alpine. The ocean band surprised me. I thought I would hate it but I love it. I’m surprised by the feel of the material. It feels very premium. It’s not rubber or silicone. It’s gushy and comfy. It’s now my daily band as well.
Same, I do alternate sometimes but it's my favorite so far.

I love the ocean band because it’s way easier to get on than alpine loop, but still secure unlike my old sport loop/the trail loop
Yes the trail loop is more comfortable but as someone who swims, making sure it stays on is paramount
I wanted the orange ocean band with my U2, but in case it was too sweaty I went with the cream trail loop for comfort, with blue or orange motifs along each edge. It dries quickly, but I still hanker after the orange ocean. Is it sweaty & slippery after wear?
On my Ultra 1 I went with the Orange Alpine Loop because it’s my favorite color so it wasn’t even a question. The band was okay, not my favorite but it did the job. When I ordered my Ultra 2 I was going to try the trail loop as I’ve heard it’s the most comfortable but I saw the Orange Ocean Band and just had to go with that. By far the most comfortable band I’ve ever had and now I wish I had gotten one with my Ultra 1 so I can have more than one color Ocean Band.
I have the alpine, and my ocean band is arriving tomorrow.
The alpine band is fine but mine failed and I can see that happening again. I’m talking with Apple at the moment so hopefully they’ll let me exchange it for an ocean band.

My favourite one is the Ocean yellow band! I can sleep while wearing it, I have all of them apple nike strap and ocean band is the best for me.
the metal clamps on the ocean band still scratch up everything you put your wrist on tho. Thats why i got the large alpine loop.
Trail loop is the safest (and ugliest 😅)

I got the orange band on release day and like it except after only a few weeks is super dirty!
On got my ultra with the yellow ocean band and love it. Got two more colors coming from Ali Express Black and Pistachio

I just got my Ultra 2 last week from Best Buy and mine came with the blue Ocean Band which is a one size only and I don’t have to figure what size bands I need for my watch.
I got my blue midnight ocean band on release day with my ultra I am surprised you couldn't get one they had many in stock.

I had a similar experience with this year’s Ultra 2.
The only one that was available was ocean blue band.., turns out that I absolutely love it!
I’ll have to now get the yellow and orange bands now. 🇦🇺
Funny how that goes right ? They didn't deliver the natural titanium iPhone 15 Pro Max on time this year so I had to "settle" for the blue one. I actually love the blue now 😂

Got the ultra 2 last week and they only had the blue and gray alpine band which was too small.😢😢 Ordered a amband and had it in one day and I’m loving it. I’m gonna try the casify bands next.

I tried to order the midnight and they said I had to wait till December for pretty much just the band the watch comes with lol.. so I had to order the watch with the 😂 alpine green small also, as it was the only one in stock.. I can use my band I have for now from my other watch so it’s all good

I feel like apple does the magical trick of the only available color and size band on release is orange in small then magically a month or so later they have every band available to get you to buy more bands.

Hi. Does anyone have issues typing on a notebook while wearing the ocean? Concern on the bulk, cumbersome on the risk when typing
Yes, it is bothersome under the wrist when typing

Switch the bands around and it will lay better below your wrist, so it doesn’t fall to one side
I wanted the midnight ocean band, but it’s on backorder. I was able to get the white ocean band with my ultra, and the white gives it a clean look. I’m still going to get one of the midnight bands when they’re available, as well as a titanium band from Nomad, just because you should have something that can dress it up but still look amazing.
Nice! I'm hesitant towards the white band. My white Nike sports got stained pretty fast. Can't wait to check out the Nomad bands myself.
I got one with mines thank god because I didn’t want the fabric bands or the bright colored ocean bands.

I’m having the white ocean band on my size 1 wrist, it actually looks surprisingly nice! And i even got complements for the band (not for the Ultra though 😅
The ocean band has some thickness to it which makes the watch sink in nicely. With the alpine and trail bands it sticks out more.

They don’t stay wet. They don’t even feel wet

You dodged a bullet. The orange band is tough to find a good fit. It’s either a bit loose or too tight. I haven’t used it since day one.
You said the orange band is too small, yet at the end of the video you say you will still wear it because you like the colour? How will you wear it if it’s too small? 🤔
Purchase a orange rugged from nomad and u will thank me later. Superb quality and feels awsome on the wrist. Soft to the touch and yes it's orange 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I have the alpine band and it dries very quickly. Swam with it and I didn’t even notice it being wet.
Ocean band is easier to clean, especially after a workout.
I have the white ocean band. It fits well and I can wear it day and night comfortably and not feel it on the wrist. Running, sleeping, showering, washing dishes… no problem. Don’t strap it on too tight. Should be able to slide a finger between the band and wrist. The watch won’t slide.
Let me know how it holds up! My white Nike sports band got gross pretty fast.

You know, you can make it fit, once it's on your wrist. It won't look fantastic but it works. What I've done is stuck the hook into the first loop when taking it off or putting it on so it can't hit the watch.

So far , I’m very impressed with it. Compared to other high end watches I think it’s not overly expensive.

It's sleek enough but it is quite bulky. Not easy to wear a dress shirt with it.

I’m using the Nomad 45mm rugged band… it looks amazing on the ultra. I much prefer it over the ocean band. Look it up 🤙🏼

Why would you wear it into the shower though? That’s just being extra. I’m not gonna put mine ultra water if not necessary. Plus I like to wash every part of my body and I don’t want a watch in my way from cleaning my wrist were it will be most dirty from sweating and dirt going under the band.
"Being extra" 😂. I just do sometimes, what does it matter. Not sure what you do all day to get dirty wrists but I think mine are plenty clean.
I’ve read that subjecting the ultra to soap (in the shower) should be avoided. Just fyi 🤷🏻♂️

Ocean band is weird and awkward with that 2nd buckle. Alpine loop is bulky in the loop part and the material feels weird. Haven’t tried the trail loop yet. I’m sticking with a great $25 metal band instead these bands are major flops
