I actually wanted a swimsuit to have so much drag that it made swimming harder...hopefully it force the swimmer to exert harder physically and force them to use perfect form to swin. Perfect for a drill
So far the only technology I'm aware of was the parachute and the metal weight placed on the torso. The high drag seimsuit would be a fine addition to that

Or you could just buy a normal swimsuit but in a slightly bigger size
