If you want to recover lost mails from sent items then you need to check "deleted items" and "recover items from server" option in outlook. Watch this - ruclips.net/video/CnMt4bv1MG0/видео.html

Bonjour, quand on n'a pas le scanne pst file et la cmd scanpst.exe ne répond pas, ou peut on chercher encore ce file? merci

If scanpst.exe is not responding then restart computer and try again. If still not working then go to Control panel - Programs and "repair" office suite.
