Even if you don't love FF16 it's worth trying FF7Remake. It is wildly different . It was a free game to claim on ps+ a few months back so if you snagged it, you really got nothing to lose.

There was something about her character, partly her particular story and partly the way you delivered her that made her stand out when I was otherwise not initially super interested in what she might've had going on. I think it's that you took it as seriously (or seemingly so if you didn't lol) as you would if it were a more major role so the effort and depth wass still there which I appreciated. I also love seeing you and Ben together and it's awesome whenever actors/VAs hang out irl and mess around, especially if it's while still related to the project they were involved in. Also didn't think about it in the game but when watching the video early on I was like "damn she sounds kinda familiar beyond FF16" and then you mentioned Plague Tale and I was like "omg there it is!" Sadly never finished that game but I remember ya now!
The spoilery talk at around 1:10:00 makes me feel so happy-I felt exactly what Ben described in the line readings during my first playthrough, like actually sobbed during the scene because of it aaaahhhhhh
Final Fantasy 16 has become one of my all-time favorite games, absolutely ((long-time ff fan). You guys did a fantastic job! I rarely even replay games, only a small handful, and will definitely be replaying it multiple times I think (I'm playing NG+ in ff mode currently). But just wow - I'm so sad I had no idea Square Enix would be at Pax West (fellow Washingtonian); I would have loved to see Nina and Ben!

Hey Anna! I'm on my New Game + run of FFXVI....I knew the voice of Doris sounded familiar to me and never realized it was you. Wow, how cool! I know you have said that you and Ben were friends, but I didn't realize you acted in this game. This game made my year. I got out of my comfort zone (I prefer turn-based) and felt like I was actually persevering and growing, in stride with Clive. The voice acting was superb. Clive was the first thru-and-thru good male protagonist that we have seen lead a Final Fantasy game, in a long time. He hardly ever hesitated to help anyone in need, even a stranger. Ben did a stellar job with Clive's emotional depth - I loved how he made Clive's snide sarcasm sound like endearing swag.
I was on the fence when it came to FF16 at first and then I played the demo and heard Clive and was hooked to the point that I paid way to much money on the game in the end by buying the deluxe edition and when the collectors edition became available I bought that also. Ben did such and amazing job as Clive, his voice was incredible for the role and look of the character. he made him really a character that you feel bad for him. Benedikta was one of my favorite villians. Dorys reminds me of me, where you just judge yourself so hard even though you shouldn't. Beautiful game.
This entire thing is the greatest vibe As for your sweet tooth, seeing as you love crème caramel and brulé, would really recommend tracking down a similar Filipino dish called leche flan! It's very similar and is silky, sweet, creamy...as a fellow crème-anything lover (and a half Filipino haha) can't recommend it enough! It's my personal favourite:)
If I remember correctly flan started in Spain and was introduced to other places like Mexico and the Philippines when the Spanish went around conquering

Leche flan is more like a smooth, custard-like flan, which is typically very light (using condensed and evaporated milk), whereas my understanding of Mexican flan is that it's a bit more dense (using cream) Basically all I'm hearing is that you can have Mexican flan for when you want a more filling desert, and Filipino leche flan for when you're running tight on space in your stomach 😅

See my problem with Odin is that it revolves around using one move, Zantetsuken. Your other Eikons just have more going on. Zan is good for clearing out groups of enemies but that is about all I use it for. I don't like using it on bosses. Now that we have load outs it is easy to switch things up. So I do keep Odin on one of them.

Final Fantasy 16 is gonna be my very first FF game I will ever experience once I make my time for it.
