A few month back I got two kittens. They ar so much fun and they caught their first mouse last week (I live pretty rural so really happy with that)! Glad you had fun and great to put some attention on them!
I’ve had 9 cats through out my life and after saying goodbye to my last cat after 21 years last December, I just haven’t been ready to adopt. But seeing all these cats and kittens makes me miss having my shadows. Especially poor Baby Cham and Bruce. It can be hard adopting older cats due to having less time with them and being so skiddish, but it’s so worth it when they open up to you in their way.
Oh my heart ❤️😻! Anna thanks for the behind the scenes! My cat buddy whom I post on the discord all the time, was a rescue as well! He was picked up right off the street when he was about two months old by a little shop. And there he was just sitting there in a box such a mangy little guy. He just made a connection with me that's when I knew. He was a little skittish and malnourished from living off the street. Actually didn't have a name or his name buddy picked out. But he was so frightened and I just kept repeating it's ok little buddy it's ok. And that was his name that stuck. Buddy is Now the social, lover boy of the goofball of a cat that you see on the discord! Such a blessing that he is part of my life! So thankful to have people like cats protection to do what they do. I Definitely will contribute to a donation and spread the word of their work that cats protection has put in. I wish we had more organizations like them here in the states.
Babysham wanted you to adopt them! I wonder if any of the creators took a cat home that day. I don't think I would be able to resist. It's sad that rescues like this are necessary. Unfortunately when times are tough, people seem all too willing to just dump their pets at these places. A lot of people bought pets in 2020 without really thinking it through for instance.
