Very good tent I love it. Only down side it the setup in heavy rain. Because you have to set up the inner first it will get wet a lot. If you could set up this tent inner and outer together in one, so that you can set it up in rain, this would be my favourite tent ever

is it possible to compress the tent of the Nemo Kunai more compact in a compression bag and to carry the poles separately?

I've got the first version of the Nemo Kunai and have a couple of issues with it, firstly, it's a one person tent. I wouldn't really be even able to fit my dog in the tent with me comfortably. Secondly, getting in and out of the vestibule is pretty difficult, it requires you to crouch very low and increases the chances of bringing snow in the tent with you. This newer model is lighter and has much more ventilation, but is shorter. Personally I had problems with the length already at 6'1", I pretty much have to sleep diagonally so my down bag doesn't touch the end and get damp. In saying all that, it's still fairly decent structurally and keeping the cold out. If i'm not dealing with snow, my MSR Hubba Hubba comes along with me.

I haven't used this tent in winter, snowy condition yet. Got it last fall and so took it camping at the end of September up here in Alaska. I'm not a big girl, 5'5", about 134 pounds and there wasn't much room left. I can see a smaller person hiking/ camping with me in that tent, not sure about a full sized dude though. The tent worked great, but there was some condensation in the morning, despite the window being open. I have to practice with it more though. Overall a nice tent, can't wait to use it in snow. Maybe next month, as it's pretty chily right now, lol

Is there a way to out it up with the raincover, or will you just have to accept everything being wet if it's raining when you're putting it up?

    Hi
Looks like is nice tent. Lives in Greenland and need a tent that functions well in snow, wind, rain and warmer summer weather with many mosquitoes and is not too heavy. Thinking of using it as a person's hiking tent with plenty of space.
I am 2 meters (6 Feet, 6 Inches) tall. Do you think it is long enough for me and is vestibule large enough that you can safely cook in it in bad weather
    Hope you can help

What’s with that vestibule? It’s like four inches of the ground?

0:05 Either the tent packs massive or you’re tiny.

Thankyou for the review. I have just purchased the 3p. How do I know if I have the new 2020 version or the older one?

How many stakes did you get? Mine came with 6, seems I need 10.
