    Frozen peas 1/4 kg
    Salt To taste
    Tuvar Dal/Pigeon pea lentils 1 cup
    Dry red chilli 7-8
    Oil 3 tbsp
    Mustard seeds 1 tsp
    Urad dal 1 tsp
    Hing/asafoetida a few crystals
    For Morkuzhambu
    sour buttermilk 3 cups
    Red chilli 2-3
    Urad dal 1 tsp
    Channa dal 1 tsp
    Rice 1 tsp
    Tuvar dal 1 tsp
    Methi seeds 1/2 tsp
    Grated coconut 1/2 cup
    Mustard seeds 1 tsp
    Coconut oil 2-3 tsp
    Salt to taste
    Boiled potato 1
    Turmeric powder a pinch
    Curry leaves a sprig
