Great Video! Always great to see the Tuner express what was done and also wasn't afraid to show the afr adjustments made.
Just subscribed man! Love your videos very informational. I drive a 370Z Nismo :)
We always think with intake and exhaust it'll make top end lean, but as yours showed top end was rich prior to mapping. Great gains though pal, liking all your updates.
sweet video keep it up
what a killer tune!! Time to drop the trany do a clutch
Whts up J! I finally got my Z tuned 👏👌👍! She put down 278 HP an 268 TQ , an she's a old DE , u no the one tht gets all the hate🙄🥴! Well not nomo,I'm blowin doors off now! VQ35DE power varooom varooom🚗💨💨💨💪😎
Hey awesone vids ,I own a black 350Z with the reg DE motor ,have a full Ark exhaust ,dry filter aem cold air intake , planning on installing same motordyne spacer kit ,and after doing a dyno tune , hopefully I get good power and feel gain 😉
Had the same number on 06 G35 Stillen supercharged....not bat for a bolts on
Great upload by the way, it is interesting! Congrats on your dyno tune for sure...........but I'm not sure how your tuner came up with 310 crank horsepower. If the car stock comes with 298hp and then gains 23whp, that is a larger gain than 310hp crank. Drivetrain loss is from 15% to 20%. So you take your tuned number 279 x .20 = 334hp crank. He took the number and divided it by .9. Anyway, 330hp is inline with a stock g37 at 330hp which is where a tuned rev-up should be.
The only music I like to hear is the dyno tune.
Knock-knock jokes are irrelevant now lol quite the difference. it makes a lot of sense tho. I emphasized in a previous video about the way a car breathes. good thing you stayed with the stock box. I have wondered about the ratio changes once AM parts that get added passed the MAF. but yea tunes are necessary when all your engine components are working properly. great vid man! how much was the tune?
I have
Great video. I’m on Vancouver Island and was thinking of taking my car to Racing Greed for an UpREV tuning. Are you still happy with your tune?
I know this video old but hope you’ll reply ASAP , so I’m going to get my car dynoed 2 weeks from now , i saw your running a stock intake heard the 06 is amazing intake , i was wondering should i keep my AEM long tube CAI or switch to stock 06 intake with a silicon Mishimoto boot with a K&N drop in ?
Live in Surrey and Just got a 2005 G35 Sedan 6mt. Wanting to tune it too but no sense to tune it if its stock.
I know this is an old video however do you have to buy a license to upgrade the engine management software or do they do it at that tuning shop? I would be interested to go drive up to BC and have it done from Seattle be a fun road trip. Plus I don't have to see a Starbucks at least there's Timmy's up there
The question is.."what are your intentions with the vehicle"? Any modification is a risk! Here is a video, we ran 110 octane that day. Sleeved (special metallurgy reinforcements) for the block, cam profiled, ECU Hondata, valving Int./Exh. etc. Couple videos of the same day testing
What do you mean wen u say that it might damage the engine? I'm thinking of getting my 06 350z dyno tuned. And I wanna make it gain atleast 25hp. Everithing I got is stock expept my ratiator and fans. I got the aluminum ones that are supposed to be better than the normal plastic ones
Hey I'm looking into buying a ecu for my 03 Z And would like to tune it myself, which ecu would you recommend?
What octane where you running when you got knock? In NZ we have 91, 95 and 100 octane available I tend to run 95
