I've had Subnautica ever since summer 2015, after Jacksepticeye started playing it. It was like $10 back then lol, it was basically a tech demo.
Only OG's will remember the Terraformer - and knives that would BREAK after a certain number of swings as you tried to use them. That was something I'm glad was scrapped.
They are not indie anymore
These devs have not been indie for a long time they are a BIG company with millions in the bank not indie ! Some devs actually left because they are no longer indie and cannot do what indie companies doo less freedom!

That was the problem in Subnautica but you soon started swimming as fast as you could just at any new sound or lifeforms you never seen before :)

They should have little easter eggs of this man like the exact spot that The crash fish blew up with an empty crash fish pod and some enameled glass shards in the spot that the squid shark bit his sea truck and a very small amount of blood next to the leviathan where he fell and some sign that he survived
It's already like that, the guy is a character from the story and you can find his records as you play the game. This trailer is showing a sequence of events that led up to Below Zero's story.
