What I like about Palworld is the integration of the Pals into the crafting. I hope they continue to develop this mechanic and add more different ways to integrate the Pals. The world and also the models and animations look very mature for an early access game. Now you just have to hope that the development team stays motivated and releases updates often. I also hope that the co-op works well so that I can play with my friends at release.
Ever since I played Craftopia, the spheres in that game made me wish they’d create a Pokémon genre game. When they announced Palworld I was so excited. Everyone doubted the game but I never did. I love all the details they’ve added so far, like petting animations, feeding, sleeping, etc. Finally my dream game. Loved the video, subscribed! Hope to see more content you put out!
I love the thought of choosing to love or use your pals, and having a genuine reason to catch more than one of a pal. You can use them to build, and to keep you base tidy. Normally in most creature collectors you only ever need to catch one to fill your bestiary, but the genuine cause of farming, cooking, and protection give reason to collect a lot of your favorite without it just being a waste of what you need to capture more pals. I have a lot of creature collectors, but this is the one I've been most excited for ever since I first found out about it (edited because I realized I stopped typing mid thought)
It's a great mixture of a fair few games - let's see where it takes us!

@@Phoenix142 oh yeah, and I love that it seems to blend together well, and work for it rather than against it. it doesnt seem forced to take all of these parts from these different games just to get attention, it should hopefully be a wonderful blend of games smoothie
Same here! I'm one of those folks who likes to have 1 rep of each mon and just leave it at that, not biggest fan of having more than that, but this actually puts it to good use! Plus, always felt bad about only keeping a handful of mons and the rest in storage, now they'll get some fresh air and a workout 😅😈
true, they have a purpose outside of filling a dex. you can use them. no matter how many you get, they have something they can do. they can be food, friends, builders, cooks (which is kinda weird. imagine getting the cook job and you get the corpse of your friend to cook) and you can just have a great time and run around with your pals even if they're not doing anything. who needs boxes when you can cuddle up to a depresso :)@@epicureanmaster
Palworld seems like it has so much going for it. The raids look really impressive! I can’t wait to see what co-op looks like.
Co-op is just as amazing and fun! You'll definitely love it.
One of the few games copying pokemon that has done an incredible job compared to others.

Nah, it is actually pretty generic. People act like there is more to it than there really is. This game has very little content and people act like there is so much.
I love the open world and the base building, the concept of the raids feel like a good way to make progress pretty quickly. I didn't expect the game to be so expansive, i remember seeing this game a while ago and it looks like they have added a lot of things. Excited to play this, hopefully i get a key to play with my brother. Thank you for the opportunity.

I like how it’s a spin on the genre that’s meant for older audiences who grew up on Pokémon but the franchise itself didn’t grow up with the audience. I’ve been a Pokémon player for over 15 years now and seeing this game makes me insanely excited. Good video by the way, very informative 👍🏽

@@andylastname566 They already made one. Pokemon Arkeus I think it was called? (I don't play pokemon anymore, but saw videos on it.)
In certain ways it even regressed. There is a lot more handholding in newer pokemon games than the old ones.
It's definitely a huge improvement over all the clones we are used to seeing !

@@Giliver ye it’s called a paldex it’s kinda close but just far enough that it’s not copyrighted if you know what I mean like when you remake a song and sing it yourself and add like a little remix it’s not copyright but at the same time cutting the like close 😂

I genuinely love the creature design in this game and I hope it can be a game to finally give Pokemon a run for their money. If I had to pick what I am most excited for, its just seeing the variety of Pals that inhabit the world!

So excited for this one. I think I’m most excited to see all the different breeding combinations. Finally a game where you can breed and come up with something really different looking.
I believe I heard they took that out. You can breed for stats kinda like ark but not for new forms

@@kingnyx1439 There are different element forms and a couple different combination only Pals; it was not taken out.
Really looking forward to the co-op aspect of this game, that'll definitely be a make-it-or-break-it feature for me. Very glad that there's some gameplay videos and showcases coming out! For a while all we had were the trailers and shorts, so it's nice to see how impressive the game looks so far. Hopefully it'll carry that energy to the release!

Yes, I am looking forward to Pokémon Gun.
What I like the most about Palworld so far is how it incorporates the creatures into the survival and progression elements of the game. One of my major issues with Ark is that you only really need like 3 dinos to get most of the resources in the game, so I'm incredibly excited to check out how all of the different Pals work in this game!
Also, I've been playing Pokemon since I could hold a Game Boy so to finally be able to chill with some "Pokemon" out by a campfire and cook food and stuff is going to be surreal lol

I think it's great how palworld gives the whole monster tamin/collecting genre a new theme and incorporates some more mature themes. Also glad to hear, that the early access is quite stable.
Palworld has been the culmination of everything they learned from craftopia. i have extremely high hopes for this game. I have to wait to get it 😩 but ill be watching everything that happens closely in palworld it is going to be my new addiction time to catch all the cute pals🎉🎉🎉
I Have literally been keeping up with this game since it was announced, I love games That Aren't Afraid To Experiment and Actually try new things. (I'm already Buying for my self But I Would Like The Code For My Friend So He Doesn't Have To Worry About having enough money for necessity's for the week)
I'm a HUGE pokemon and survival lover. So seeing this literally made my day. I love that we are able to have to pal do the household chores for us. That is amazing!

I really like that Palworld looks to be changing things up! Many monster collection games kind of stick to the same formula. I've really wanted a survival monster game where the creatures actually have impact!

My favourite section is the collection. To tame a monkey and give it a gun, or capture my favourite pal Kitsun.
If this key is mine to enjoy, I'd treat it like my favourite toy. For the content regarding palworld and guilds, I'd go straight to CurtisBuilds.

I’m so excited for this game and Enshrouded. Hopefully cross play will be available soon. Until then, I’ll be getting it with the PC Game pass to play with Xbox friends
The visuals, the survival elements, and being able to battle alongside your creatures are what grabs my attention about this game. Can't wait for when it comes out.
I always liked pokemon, but preferred Ark's gameplay more. So having to the genres mix? Amazing.

I like that the game already looks great and runs great, even though it is in Early Access. Already looks better than Ark did with the pixelated 2D trees in the horizon lol. I also like the Pokemon vibe I get (there's quite a few pals that look like Pokemon, but it just makes the game feel more familiar). I already plan on grabbing it if initial reviews look good, so getting it for free would be even better :D
I can share the same sentiment about being burned by Pokemon in recent years. Gamefreak has been playing it safe for years and to see a game that is putting a twist on the monster collecting genre is already feeling like such a breath of fresh air. I'm looking forward to seeing what the breeding system is like and what combinations are able to be made from them. The dungeons are also sounding really cool and the basebuilding is something I'm looking forward to tuning. The game as a whole I just want to play. It's going to be insane.
That last few yrs Pokemon game been trash so this will hopefully make them step up their game

I love how it feels they put so much love into every single pal in this game. They just all fit together well in the world, like puzzle pieces making a big picture.
I've been looking forward to Palworld since I played Craftopia. I loved how automation worked in Craftopia and am looking forward to how large I can create self-sufficient bases. I can't wait for it to come out!!!
What I love and are personally looking forward to is the fusing / breeding system, I don’t see many people talk about it tho. Mad excited for palworld, hope I get that key 🤞🏿
I really like the designs of the pals tbh i can see the inspiration from Pokemon but also they also have their own feel plus they seem to have better detail graphic wise than pokemon atm. I really wish Pokemon would actually start looking like this one day, I love Legends and hope they do that again but also take into ppls voices of graphics and frame rate. It seems I'll have palworld to enjoy now in Pokemon and Ark's stead and I'm super excited for it! Been following since it was first announced and so happy it's actually coming true, it was like one of those games that seemed to good or fun to actually be true and release.

i really like the idea of having an actual open world we’re you can use pokémon , well pals to be with you and help with stuff like building or battle , also using pals as bullets is really cool , can’t wait go destroy building with a little penguin.
this would be like the only game id play my parents! and friends wanna play it we are so exited we all have ark AND Pokemon the guns are the best part i don't care what anybody says but i love the grappling hooks and how the palls are different sizes! and its sad that ark got rid of multiplayer and Pokemon is just not that realistic i would love this game!
Yo this game looks sick. My friend and I have completely different tastes in video games and this is probably one of the games that connects us. It looks like the perfect blend between pokemon and factorio and I just can't wait to get my hands on it!
These guys made craftopia which is still in early access since 2020. Looks fun but don’t expect it to fully release anytime soon.
I'm loving more monstertamer games, pokemon has an absolute monopoly on the genre, sure you have teeny titles like creomon and animal sanctuary, but i really cant name any others off the top of my head, this whole "it's a pokemon knockoff" thing is so stifling and suffocating for the entire genre, I really hope this game is successful and it inspires new developers in the genre.

I like that is a game I could play with my brother. After we grew up Neither of us have very much in common except pokemon from our childhood.
I Like the Creatures, but i really not a fan of Shooter and Base Defense games.

People can call it a rip off or a copy all they want. When Ark is so glitchy and Pokemon is so disappointing, making a game that combines and improves both is a slam dunk.
Always wanted to play an open world pokemon game. This is the closest thing so far and I'm looking forward to play it. I hope they bring the pvp soon and like you said in the video, have more customization to the buildings later on but overall I'm excited!

This game has definitely peaked my interest. Big lover of Ark and Pokemon so the concept here is down my alley.
I'm seriously surprised to hear it's stable, given that Craftopia took a huge nosedive in stability ever since its seamless world update.
This was pleasant news to wake up to. So far waiting for dragons dogma and grand blue hype, forgot about this gem.
I was very skeptical about this game because it looked like something you'd find in a chinese fake ad, but after watching this review, I'm actually looking forward to giving this a try. Hopefully they add more building blocks to the game like you said, to make the bases feel more unique.
From what i've heard, there's plans to expand on this as well - Been following the devs and been in touch with them!

Me and my firends have been waiting for so long for this game and we are all super excited to play it!!!!
I've been playing Pokémon since my old Gameboy COLOR with Pokémon Red, Blue and Pikachu Special Yellow edition, still have them and every Pokémon Game i had over my years of growing up.I also loved the game Craftopia, even with the bugs and glitches, i played it on Xbox game pass before Xbox took it off of game pass. Palworld is like you said; mixing ARK with Pokémon, and what I also notice is its possibly going to change the whole monster catching industry, Palworld looks more "cartoony" and "anime-like" with art style and game style. The game seems to run smoothly but if the price is $60, I feel that's a bit too high, I'd say actually $40 or $50 unless the pre orders have some premium edition. since its going to be on Xbox Game pass I am hoping it runs on my old Xbox One S and Day ONE Xbox one system. (Probably for the Series S/X Xbox and PC only unless you can play on Xbox game pass CLOUD.) I'd roll into your competition for the game keys only because you seem like a nice guy Curtis, this is the first video i seen on you as you were on my Recommendations, so maybe if this IS cross-platform we may meet one day. heh, maybe i can start up my old guild/clan again if that possible one day.
Just from this video id say Palworld will be a success, maybe a few bugs as it will be coming to "early Access". though seeing what you shown I say there's probably going to be a few bugs, probably a capture pod not working and going through the Pal (hopefully not. lol)

What first got me excited about the game is the multiplayer aspect, since I'm always looking for fun games to play with my brother. I also love the design of the pals (having grown up on Pokemon) and I'm excited that there's so much to do in the game, especially since my brother and I have slightly different tastes! The quality also looks astounding, and I'm really looking forward to where they go with the game
Overall I'm just happy to see a more complex monster catching game. I always liked how Rune Factory and Monster Rancher brought more to the monster catching and raising franchise but lacked that open world real life element. Palworld looks like it will bring that feeling to the table. The multiplayer involvement is great too :) Only a couple more days now everyone. Thank you if i am considered for a key.

Is there money? Can you sell things? Clothes and customization? What’s the point of the game besides catching pals and making them work
It's about surviving, making them work, fight, avoid being raided - raid others and so on !
There's no currency that i know of, i could be wrong .
