I've got this video on freaking .25 I can not figure out what the heck you did at 00:20 to create that like psuedo particle system is that an addon? What did you do here?

how'd you scatter the tree leaves like that? is there a particular addon you are using? 0:24
I'm using my own operator, but essentially what it does is it uses a particle system in hair mode, with particles emitted from volume

Go to sculpt mode and choose your brush.
Make sure that you first subdivide the mesh.
The more subdivision, less janky the pixels look on screen
