The red paste on the nut is called mabuyu.it's actually a Swahili snack.derived from the word 'mbuyu'..which is a Swahili word for baobab tree.the 'nut' is actually the seed from baobab tree.they dip the baobab fruit in red coloured sugar syrup and then it becomes that.

Your description of what we're seeing Your wide angles of Mogadishu & it's people Your calm & clear tone of your voice with no sleazy loud music like other Somali vlogers all make a great quality video that put me in Mogadishu even though I live far away! I left Mogadishu in 1991 as a kid. It's naturally beautiful but I see a lot of trash, disrepair and old crubling buildings next to nice villas it's a shame that even though Mogadishu is recovering from 30 years of civil war city authorities set NO standards! Even food market is unsanitary, raw meat hanging around. I hope city will improve standards to that which matches it's natural beauty & worthy of being the capital of Somalia.
