A couple years ago, I had COVID really bad and sat around for days catching up on your videos up until the trip with your dad. I was so entertained and I just love hearing life’s stories as well as seeing all the places you go. As soon as I saw this today I had to watch it. I recall every summer, our drive down to Orlando, parents would pack up the cooler for the trip with sandwiches and food and we'd stop at these rest stops and eat at the picnic tables. As I can recall, there were times we had to eat in our van cause there wasn't spots open. Days gone by.

I've still never been to Bucee's but from what little I've seen I can tell that'll be an awesome day, and I already know exactly what I'm going to buy when I go :) Pork rinds are yum, I like it with lemon and Texas Pete chili sauce, plus it's the perfect snack for dem no carb days 👍

The beaver was my elementary school mascot when I lived in Hollywood. Not only that but the school colors were gold and blue. We were known as Eager Beavers. It’s why Teen Wolf always will hold a special place in my heart. That movie came out while I was enrolled. Sadly, the mascot was changed to Bobcat for some ridiculous reason.
Always a joy watching you travel with your folks. Back in the 80s, I worked for an IGA store. It stands for Independent Grocer's Association. Maybe someone has posted this already, but I can't read them all! Go Angels! Ha! I used to live by Disneyland.
The videos with you parents are some of my favorite videos Adam. I lost both of my folks in 2020 but I too did lots of things with my folks. These bring happy tears to my eyes to remember the great times I had with my folks. I'm not sad cause I know I will see them again.

Lost Mom when I was 30, lost Dad when I was 41. 51 now and I'd give just about anything for one more road trip of my youth..all 6 of us in the 'grocery getter' station wagon in the days before a/c. Even my brother's stinky feet. Wish we would have done this as adults. Time to round up my Sis for a trip!
