Definitely find it fun when I recognize places you drive by on your trips. My wife and I drove almost 1200 miles in one day a few years ago(Macon to Sioux City) - long road trips are definitely difficult and can be fun at the same time.
Sitting in my new to me small camper watching this ATW episode, waiting for the departing ferry back over to Davis NC. What a beautiful day off of work!
HEY ATW...TODAY'S EPISODE WAS THE BEST IN SOME TIME! Don't get me wrong, you have been cranking out some awesome vlogs! Today's vlog however, struck a particular note. You were so funny and it reminded me of something from long ago! Thanks man...loved it.
When you said the line about the elevator, I started quoting Vacation in my head ..and then you totally said it! I feel seen LOL Great video, as always! 🙂
Skate shoes is likely a reference to kids’ shoes with wheels on the bottom. They’ve thankfully fallen out of favor over the past couple of years. Kids would roll through stores and other public places, sometimes pushing themselves off of bystanders to get momentum.
Long day of driving !! Wow! But, it was fun seeing all those same visitor centers from the Smokey's to central Florida... And,,, the Stuckey's ! Miss them for sure 😊...
These are some of the best Adam vlogs rest stops gas stations You really give me ideas on keeping my kiddo entertained during our road trips. Can't get enough of your vlogs Adam keep it up and wishing you all the best on getting back into shape, going to be using your daily reminders to keep myself accountable as well. Thanks again
The first time I ever heard of Buc-ees was seeing it on a Woo video. The first time I went to Texas, when my son was stationed there while in the military, I told him I had to see a Buc-ees. Now I’m addicted. Every time I go to Texas, we go to Buc-ees. Cleanest restrooms I’ve ever seen. Going back in July lol. Thank you Adam for introducing me to Buc-ees. This was fun to watch.
I'll be doing a similar drive in July... Have to pick up hubby in Michigan and then we are going by Tennessee down to Orlando! Stopping over one night though, somewhere around Knoxville. Phew! Lovely video - I had to send it to my sister as she is a fellow Stuckey's Officionado.
Pantera "Walk". Listened to it earlier. There's a lost town south of New Smyrna. The only thing left, I think, is something called Eldora House. The place had a tie to the war between the states. New Smyrna itself has ruins that are interesting. Also it would be interesting if you could check out the Boone Hall plantation in Charleston one of these days. It was featured in the miniseries "North and South" with Patrick Swayze. The Charleston historic district was featured as well.
Adam, really enjoyed your awesome video! I remember we'd stop at the rest stop going and coming from OKC 4 or 5 decades ago going back and forth to drs appointments and hospital. Haven't been to a rest stop since. Thank you again for taking me along with you on your travels! Looking forward to your next vlog.
We also stayed at Creekstone Inn when we visited PF in 2021. We enjoyed our stay there. Nice rooms and very relaxing on the river. They had a pretty decent breakfast there too. Awesome video as always. -Jenn
Glad you had a successful safe trip back home. I can’t wait for Buckee’s to get a stop in Ohio. A couple perfect locations would be on I 71 and I 75 north of Cincinnati. Have a great day ! 😊
We are staying at the Polynesian next month & will drive down through the Carolinas/Savannah GA. That’s our favorite route, avoids Atlanta traffic & peaceful drive. We love hitting the St. Augustine/Daytona Buc-ee’s. My go to sports news is “Locked on Bucs”.🏴☠️
Good morning my friend Adam the woo❤ always good to see you you bring smiles to my face .so much sadness in the world.. you brighten my day and I want to thank you always good when you're out on the road and I love following you all over the place have a safe trip home wherever you go❤
Glad to see Stuckeys in some gas stations again. The company is now headquartered in my little hometown of wrens ga. They have been revamping the company the last few years
I love road trips! We took that route last year, so I just matched up many of my pictures with your video. In June, when we go again, I’m hitting up the Stuckey’s. 😊
I enjoy driving and seeing this wonderful country. Love your towns and highway adventures. No diapers in trash cans. 😂 those shoes with wheels built into sole of shoe. P.s. no bicycles on slides. Lol🎉 buccees and in and out burgers are two of the biggest privately held companies.
When you do a video 📹 it's always exciting. Even when you do rest stop 🛑 tours. I wish they had a Buckeys in PA. I'm glad you made it back home 🏡 safely.

Always love the solo road trips. I’m from the Bay Area in CA but lived in Portland, OR over a decade and would drive down at least once a year. No interesting stops like Buc-ee’s or Wawa though.
My Dad went by landmarks and my mother street signs. That was before GPS Google the internet or even social media. They would consult the sacred Thomas brothers map to make sure they were headed in the right direction. Read many a tome when on those trips!! I've been to that rest stop in Georgia when I was with the Celebrant Singers the summer of 07. Yup traveled the southern board the east coast, Puerto Rico and reverse to Coachella and home. Enjoy the caffeinated beverages on the road trip home
Moving to Kissimmee in September. The snow we had last night here on the Oregon Coast sealed the deal. Never been to Florida before, but you only live once, right? You had a big influence on my decision Adam. Your adventures give me insight on places I’d never get to see for myself. I already know to avoid the Vomatron!
It’s hot, a kind of hot you never get used to other than that I like Florida lived here 38 of my 43 years, I cannot stand the heat that’s the only reason I would say it’s not for everyone.
@@bjornemccomb8262 It’s 40 degrees here, alternating rain and hail pretty much through the day and last night. My old bones could really use some warmth!👨🏼🦳👨🏼🦳👨🏼🦳
@@boywithallthecomments2832 Oregon is gorgeous though, wish we could have Oregon scenery and a taste of cool and warm of Florida, can’t have it all I guess 😂
Very similar day, including the stopover at the Warner robins buc-ee's. Judging by what time everyone made it home yesterday, I'm going to guess that you were probably a little less than an hour ahead of us
I love Creekstone in. Took the family to Pegion forge a coupme years back and got 3rd floor with the balcony overlooking the river. I could have sat there and just watched the fish swim around for hours. That place really dosnt feel like your in a place as busy as PF is.
You always find the most interesting signs Adam. Like the one at 4:36 on the trash can. Like you said, do some things really need to be stated, 🤣. Sadly, they do.
Adam, you gotta come up to the Northeast and go to Canobie Lake Park! It's an old theme park in New Hampshire with lots of kistchy rides and a very old-school feel. There's a few thrill rides but most are pretty small/flat rides/dark rides. Still worth a visit!
I’m glad you stopped by our Buc-ees in Warner Robins. We go there often and I tell my dog we are going to Buc-ees..he turn around in the back of our SUV and nuts up, with loud barking. Glad your home. Get some sunglasses 😎
We always love the welcome centre in Tennessee and the Georgia welcome centre and the rest stop at the Macon bypass we have recorded at each location. I believe they Re referring to Heeleys with the wheel in the heel of the shoe. The kids miss the little cut out that you were able to use as a photo op
Thanks for another excellent video adam. By the way they mean those shoes with a skate wheel(s) built-into them. They can scuff the floors plus liability that someone will slip and fall because of them. With rest stops getting mopped fairly often and using tile it's not a bad idea to not allow em.
The only man that can turn a boring drive on roads into pure entertainment
I love the vlogs with friends and all, but nothing beats a solo road tripping Adam solo!!
I agree!
So do I.🎉
Travel, unlike sex, is best done alone.....
So glad that you arrived back home safely once again Adam.
Definitely find it fun when I recognize places you drive by on your trips.

God Bless Buc-ees!! Great business model, yes they are absolutely expanding!
Adam pulling out the nostalgia memories. The good old Mt. Dew, the poo incident on his flip flops, the mention of Creed-T. Time goes by fast!
Yessssss. Just need Woobraham Lincoln heeeeere.
I gotta find creed T
Same here !! Creed ET and Buc-ees Beaver poo !! Lol
Great vlog
These cars you show are classic brother thank you for sharing
I just about lost it when everything was out of order and then the next shot was a sign on the door that read "this door is out of order" 😂😂
Great one Adam. Thanks for taking us along for the ride.
Great rest stop tour 🤩 enjoy being home!

Going to be hitting up those 2 Buc-ee’s in Georgia next week on my way to Florida / Disney from Wisconsin. Thanks for the preview! 🦫🧀

Drive down I 75 from Michigan every summer when we go to Florida. Fun to see familiar places!
Very guy vlog. You filmed a lot of local charms. I really enjoyed it all.
Glad you made it home safe Adam❤
The dog poo Buc-ee's is the one in Baytown, TX. It just opened up at the time. It is on I-10 between Houston and the Louisiana border.
hi Adam , that's one long drive you have in front of you lol , glad you made it back safe, well done and thank you 😊
I love those little Mountain R=rivers. Great Stuff
Stay safe Adam. Get some rest and maybe take break if you need it!
Your trip back is basically the width of Texas from El Paso to Beaumont. Glad you got home safe. 🤘

A lot of van lifers and small RVs use "commodes" with bags. Either commercially made or home made from 5 gallon buckets. Hence the "no human waste"
Pee bottles also...
and diapers too!
Always good to stop a Buc-ees... Or two or three on a road trip. Quickly becoming a tradition.
Good morning ☕️. Don't forget your piping hot Caffeinated beverage....you're gonna need it, my friend! Safe travels 🙏

Love how you convert Buccee to the dark side of caffeine!
