- This pattern is a Verbal/Visual instruction.
I designed a pattern again in my head. Now named Shattered Window. So let's put it to fabric and make a quilt.
This pattern is a Layercake and 3 yard fabric to make the top. The cutting may seem confusing but I will make it as painless as possible to follow.
It will take a few days. But I will do my best to cover the whole process 😊

It makes me think of Hitchcock's movie Vertigo. From the mind of Tiffany!!
Oh ya hahaha
Just watched this video … you are such a great teacher.
I love that your conservative with everything as well.
Thank you so much for the way you make your videos. The way you teach is the way I can learn! Absolutely amazing....Great content, you are so creative!
Thank you so much 😊
Wow! I just saw your chain-sewing method tutorial video first (at RUclips’s suggestion), then came here to see your detailed measurements video. I think I may use 1.5” and 2.5” as my measurements just so I don’t have such skinny seams at the outer edges. But your pattern is beautiful, so now I am a new subscriber. Thanks for this free pattern!! ~Diana K.

Hello from Karratha, Western Australia
Watching this, again! Love your pattern & have wanted to make since I watched you make it the 1st time! 😁
I'm new at this, so I'm very interested in everything out there. So glad u r a easy going teacher. I need to stop the video alot but don't feel bad cuz ur right back where I leave off. Thank you for the way u go about it REALLY....✌❄
Hi Keitha 👋 I hope my videos are helping you conquer the world of quilting. There is so much to learn 😊
Love this way to use a layer cake! I’ve added it to my list of I want to make! 😍
I love that this is done in real time.
This looks like a pattern for a crazy quilt to I love it!
An easier way to sort would be to cut the first round, then take the first layer and move it to the bottom before you cut the second round, then take the top centre piece and move it to the bottom. When the cutting is done so is the sorting.
Love your sewing and instructions at same time
Thanks 😊
Just started watching your videos I'm excited and I love Halloween
You make gorgeous quilts. ♥️♥️♥️ I should've watched this tutorial first but your time lapse conclusion for sewing these pieces together appeared to me first. Since I was a little confused about the way you'd arranged the pieces after cutting in the other video, this tutorial definitely gave me the "💡AH-HA!" clarity I needed. Thank you so much! 😊
Thank you 😊
I am watching this video from Lincoln Ca for October 3 2023! I love your videos tell Iron Man Hello too
Thanks 😃
Please show ya work even thought ya are not talking about ya work ! It helps me to see it ! Patty
Love your patterns and tutorials so easy to follow Thank You for all you do
Want to make all of your originals😜♥️
Well I hope you make them 😊
@@TiffanysQuiltingLife flying home is ready for quilting ♥️
I like your decorations on your sewing machine. I’m a newbie in quilting and have so..much to learn. I’ve been at this now off and on learning measuring w/ husband help with my new rulers, took up sewing in Jr High School, a dress and an apron. Prefer quilting, the simple way. Anything I can learn for everyone on U-tube is so..helpful to me, and I’m late in age( 60’s) learning all this, all my other Baby Boomers have got there learning ahead of me. But..I thank you for all your help. Trying to get use to math lol, with measuring. Happy Quilting dear.
Thank you 😊
Less chit chat yeah !!! More sewing !!! Hoorah ! ❤❤
My brother lives in Bullhead City, and told him next time I came down the I wanted to go to Lake Navasu, I live in Corvallis, OR. I like to quilt like you

I'm going to try this and make a table runner. I love it!
That will be fun 😊
Cute
I want to make this…I like the wonkiness of the block! I have a layer cake with Christmas fabric that would work…it will probably will be done for Christmas 2022 as I need to finish the Christmas quilts for this year first!
Oh ya you gotta get this year's Christmas done first before starting another 😊
Very interesting pattern and love your fabrics even though I’m not into novelty prints. I’m thinking your pink version is beautiful and will probably go that route or a Christmas theme. I made your weaved pattern using Cranberries & Cream Charm pack, absolutely love it.Thank you so much for sharing. 👍❤️😊
Thank you 😊 I think it's great you make Weave It. This one is cool, it would look great in any color way 😊
You looking good Tiffany 😀
Thanks 😊
Enjoyed seeing the new pattern you made!
Thanks 😊
Hello from East Texas!
Hello 👋
Wakey Haweeen
Awesome video, great blocks
Thank you 😊
Amazing! Thank you for such an informative video ❤️❤️❤️
Love your "Tipsy" square
The pink version would be absolutely beautiful sewn into an entire quilt. If you have extra fabric finish it, I would love to see it. Thanks for sharing and teaching us. I’m actually going to measure my Dresden template to see if that is 2” at the top and 1” at the bottom to see if it would be easier on the cutting. I will let you know.
I used 3 scrap pieces to make my example. I have more but definitely not enough for even a table runner. I tend to use scraps when I am designing. Sometimes I get so excited I wish I had more fabric 😄 But it always looks good with the ones I choose for the actual quilts too.
Tiffany's Quilting Life Square oven “mitts”. Quilted cushion covers. Zippered bags. Tote bags. All kinds of ways to use ‘orphan’ sample blocks.
Thank you for sharing.
😊
I'm totally gonna make this! I found some yardage for my background. But still looking for the right layercake. You are such an amazing quilter and so descriptive.
Thank you 😊 I am sure you will have fun with this one 😀
This is so cool
Thanks 😊
Very cool pattern as always

Hi Tiffany and Scott

Love your videos ..thank you so much for sharing I can't wait to try it. 😍
This would be great in Christmas fabric for a tabke runner.
Very nice video. You are a great teacher.
Thanks 😊
What a great pattern. Thx for sharing.
Thanks
Hey Tiffany, love the pattern. I know how you feel, its a creative thing, I used to make costumes for Halloween events and people would laugh at me because I would start making something in like May for October, and I would try to explain how I would get an idea and it would grow in my brain and it felt like it would consume me until I created it. Not everyone understood :o)
Yup that's exactly me 100% consumed by the idea. So I have to make it. Then it's like bam clear head till the next idea pops in 😄
I get that !
I’m making this starting tomorrow! I just received my fabric!!!!!
I just discovered you from a link on Cultured Expressions. Subscribed and loving your videos!!!

Hello 👋
Would you mind sharing a link as to where to purchase that rotary cutter? I love that! I need a couple. 🤗 I do love this pattern you came up with. This is my first time watching/seeing your videos. Absolutely my favorite so far. Of course, I do things the way you do. ❤️ Efficiency, love chain cutting, piecing, ironing….I can’t wait to see you see it all together. You are a fantastic teacher!
Thank you 😊 And I don't have a link to any specific site. But as I always say... Google it and there will be many stores and 1 of 100 will be the cheapest deal 😄 It's the Martelli Rotary Cutter. Best place to find it is Martelli. Com itself 😊
Hi Tiffany and hello from Malaysia. This is the first time subscribing to your tube. Thank you for a clear explanation and sharing to make a wonky pieces of blocks to turn it into a beautiful quilt.♥️

Wow!!!
Shattered and scattered
😊
I have a few solid layer cakes I will be using for my 21 accent pieces. I won’t be adding a border.
That works 😊
love it
Hi from Utah👍
Hi Patsy 👋
The squares at 7 3/4will finish at 7 1/2 inchs square. ×squares accross and x squares down
Wouldn't they finish at 7 1/4? 1/4 inch seam each side when connected to other blocks and borders
Hi. From NewYork. Wende
Hi Wende 👋
Topsy turvy block
😊
How genius! Using your June Tailor cutting mat as a rotating
Mat! I wish I had thought of that before I bought the rotating mat. I have had the portable press and cut mat forever.
Where did you purchase the pretty butterfly decals that are on your machine? I have the same machine.
I really like your method of swapping the fabrics around. No deep thinking about darks, lights and mediums and what goes together best. The layer cake takes care of that. I also love that the matching up doesn't have to be so precise. That all works for me. Makes quilting fun!
The stickers came from UrbanElementz
@@TiffanysQuiltingLife Thanks Tiffany!
Makes more since starting with the first video instead of 2 n 3 🤷♀️
😆
Try the back of a teaspoon for finger pressing.
💗💗💗
Hi, Here again together. Have you trained your hubby to press the seams for you? lol It's an idea.
He knows how. But some things he don't get to my OCD liking 😆 🤣 😂 But he is getting better at it
