"She didn't listen!" Liz Truss' biographer answers your questions about the record-breaking PM

British historian and biographer, Sir Anthony Seldon, has argued that she could still be the Prime Minister now had she 'listened to her peers' during her tenure.
Speaking to Simon Marks, he lays out why he thinks her time in office was so short-lived, he said:
"She didn't read the room. She didn't have these political antennae that, we were hearing from Tony Blair earlier. I'm Tony Blair. You know, her political antennae whizzing 100ft a mile above his head. She had none of that. You know, she didn't. She just didn't get it, she didn't understand. She also wasn't good at pressing the flesh."
