One thing I realized that makes me sad is that he never actually got to meet Antonio until he told him he could use his room. Antonio was born after he "left". So he has watched his little baby nephew grow up but hasn't even gotten to meet him. That's like being a Facebook relative or something. So close and yet so far.

The scene where we see Bruno's tableset just outside of the family dining room broke my heart and made me tear up the first time I saw this- no, not again!
Bruno is the kind of dude, that once he is out of his comfort zone. He can never stop talking. Its almost you have to yell at him to get him to let you talk.

Lowkey wished they made a reprise of “we don’t talk about Bruno” but instead it’s saying a lot of good things about him and this time Agustin, Julieta, Luisa, and Bruno himself join in so everyone can vibe to the beat
OK, I must give credit to John Leguizamo‘s performance. Who’d have thought that this guy who literally voiced an annoying sloth and almost ruined a famous video game character would create such an iconic role?
He doesn't make bad things happen, he just foretells them. Yeah, it's a lot of negativity, but it helps you prepare and avoid what you can. That's an awesome gift, and they're too stupid to see it. He's a Cassandra.

Something tells me Bruno would be worse off if it wasn’t for him sneaking in food from the “kitchen adjacent” near his makeshift room. I have a feeling his sister’s cooking doesn’t just heal physical illnesses, cuts or wounds but mental ones too; such as anxiety and depression.
I wholeheartedly accept this theory!
Yeah, he gives the vibes of someone who's on meds for their anxiety and has it somewhat managed
Bruno vibin while dolores sings is killing me
FINALLY someone acknowledged the Doorknob line 🤣🤣 I burst out laughing every time I hear/sing that part lmao
Yes! Omg why does it sound weird
He heard everything that was talking in the house🥺
Mirabel and Abuela arguing: "Bruno didn't care about the family". The first thing He said when he met Abuela "I don't care what you think of me! But if you're too stubborn to..."
Pepa and Felix complaining about him ruining their wedding. The first thing he does after meeting Pepa, he apologises about the wedding day🥺
One thing I realized that makes me sad is that he never actually got to meet Antonio until he told him he could use his room. Antonio was born after he "left". So he has watched his little baby nephew grow up but hasn't even gotten to meet him. That's like being a Facebook relative or something. So close and yet so far.
Short king 👑 💚 this man doesn’t need to have a seven foot frame to win my heart over
Hahaha
But I want to pretend that he's a tiny bit taller than me though, like 172 cm instead of 162 cm.
2:05
He casually dropped the best line in all of dialogue ever here and nobody's talking about it
Missed Bruno at the Isabella bit singing we don’t talk about Bruno his eyes were there behind Camilo
Yeah unfortunately I had to cut a lot out due to copyright, so I had to cut a lot of scenes in half, thankyou though :)
@@SleepyBee I understand
Where behind Camilo ? I put my brightness up and everything watching the vid and I can’t find him ;-;
@@amarikristopher8409 me too
You mean the cousin
The way he flicked the match to life with just one hand that animation was so smooth!
I think this is my favourite video in the whole universe. thank you for including almost every time Bruno was in the movie, no one else does that!!! I’ve been looking for a Video like this for ages!! And thank you for including the ‘we need a doorknob’ and ‘you’re the real gift kid’ I could not find a video with that in either. I think you’re gonna get about 10k more views from me lol
Edit: I forgot to mention this, I loved the subtitles you put in, they made it 10x better haha
I appreciate it! Thank you!
3:06 i think Bruno accidentally threw the rat he was holding when Mirabel suddenly kicked the door
@The Kitties F
Oh my god he does

some-..BODY ONCE TOLD ME
I'm so obsessed with Bruno. I wish they make part 2 of "Encanto". Something about him. It'll call: "We [Don't] Talk About Bruno". c:
Edit: Thanks for the likes! ❤️
Or maybe a series of shorts showing the struggles and shenanigans of each family member.
@@kiriki4558 Yeah! It would be perfect!
We don't NOT talk about Bruno ☺️
I know I maybe shouldn't say this but..... evil bruno in Camillo's part is
✨CALIENTE✨
😳😳😳 what do you mean by that????
Sorry but que chingados?
Let’s just not talk about this comentario.
y'all let me simp for a fictional character
Nono, you most definitely SHOULD say this
Yes I absolutely love and adore Bruno. He's been through alot and deserves all the love in the world 🥺🥺❤❤ Istg he immediately became my fav Disney character of all time. He's just goofy and such a kind hearted/loving individual. 💚
3:42 Cutest thing I have ever seen in my 18 years on this earth
I don't think he has ever met Antonio. I think he left when Mirabel was very young. I guess that's why this scene is so cute because here is where he met his nephew
@@lalachristy5581 even better
bruno is the perfect representation of my social skills
Mine too
im so in love with this ratman who lives in walls.. he's so precious he would literally not even hurt a fly i will shield this man from any harm.
the telenovela plot is so fucking on point in HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH SOMEONE'S JUST BOUND TO HAVE AMNESIA
It’s not a telenovela or soap opera without someone getting amnesia 😆
Or accidentally marrying a (genetically) close but estranged relative who got amnesia. 🤣
It's incredible how a character with less then 9 minutes of screen time managed to become so beloved by the fans. He deserves all the love in the world.
3:06 Always gets me. Like, did she had to kick it open?! Lol! I love Mirabel.
i can't believe he was living in his own world like this for 10 years lol
Why is it everytime I see Bruno,I start to smile? He just sets off my brain to smile. Idk why
I do too! Actually I think that's because he's so nervous and awkward that it makes him look adorable, and it's just impossible not to smile
Bruno is so adorable and wholesome omg I'm gonna cry
Bruno is such a sweet guy. He gives off the same vibes as Hector from Coco.
Hey, be nice to Bruno, he is adorable
2:25 pretty hands, look how gentle he is 😭
I love the movie’s element of unperfect perfection that consists in every family
I laughed so hard at the "SOMEBODY ONCE TOLD ME" I woke up my baby 😭
We need a second movie. I’m CRAVING more scenes with Bruno 💚
Me too bro, Me too
Maybe a series?
omg it's so sweet watching when he's pouring the sand and looks back for confirmation that he's doing alright (and gets a thumbs up) then in the next scene as Jorge he gives a thumbs up for a job well done!!
I love his little knocks, if I see too much, my brain will store it as one of my coping habits 😭😂
Lowkey wished they made a reprise of “we don’t talk about Bruno” but instead it’s saying a lot of good things about him and this time Agustin, Julieta, Luisa, and Bruno himself join in so everyone can vibe to the beat
Luisa is actually dancing in we don’t talk about Bruno but she’s crying and sad at the time
i mean, there is a fan-made reprise of WDTAB but its from Bruno's POV and it's sad af
like goddamn let me hug him this man needs a hug
OK, I must give credit to John Leguizamo‘s performance. Who’d have thought that this guy who literally voiced an annoying sloth and almost ruined a famous video game character would create such an iconic role?
Are we gonna talk about how the jaguar was staring into Bruno’s soul at 3:44?
He doesn't make bad things happen, he just foretells them. Yeah, it's a lot of negativity, but it helps you prepare and avoid what you can. That's an awesome gift, and they're too stupid to see it. He's a Cassandra.
Y'know I love how they resolve shit in the end, but a family dynamic like this takes therapy to solve lol
Notice how they wouldn't even let him finish apologizing?
Sorry I've been on the receiving end of this sort of family dynamic and I LOVE that the movie had a happy ending, but let the man speak!
Shit's been festering, did u hear him saying, "let it in, let it out, let it go?"
He had so much he wanted to say and they were just like, "ok shut up we love you again."
Interesting take! Thanks for sharing
Ah yes my favorite father figure
BUT HIS KNOCK ON WOOD IS ADORABLE??? AND HE'S PRECIOUS???? AND I WANT TO GIVE HIM A HUG????????
If those are all questions, then the answer to all of them is yes ❤ ❤ ❤
3:57 The face he makes when he looks at the lit match just gets me EVERY time 🥺😍
I love the scene with the triplets just hugging eachother
The fact that you saw him when he was that TINY BLOB in the back is amazing
For those who don't know, saying "knock on wood" and knocking on wood is a way of wishing yourself or another good luck in spanish.
It's not just Spanish, it originates from Germanic culture but it's well known in many places.
@@thothorus I did not know that, thanks!
we use it in english too. though according to google, its a phrase said after a positive statement, to express a hope that ones good luck will continue. e.g. "i havent been banned yet, knock on wood.
2:58 The look on Bruno's face when he looks back at his door...Heartbreaking.
I never would've thought I'd love a superstitious anxiety ridden man who lives in a wall probably hasn't showered in months but here I am. Also he's the same age as my dad which just makes it even funnier. I really wish he had more screentime.
Ну у них не водопровода, они все без душа. Это же примерно 1900 год
I haven’t seen this movie but I love how everyone thinks Bruno’s this fate weaving monster when in reality he’s just an absolute goober.
Bro, how am i just now realizing Mirabel and Bruno have the same hair. Like, Bruno and Julietta have the curly black hair, which Mirabel also got. Plus, Mirabel and Bruno both wanted to make their families proud, and their family ended up hating or shunning them. Best uncle/niece duo ever.
He’s a mix of Sid the Sloth and Hector Rivera
He’s so funny, sweet, wholesome, and has his adorable moments
And his VA is Sid (both voiced by John Leguizamo)
That’s what makes him sweet
Bruno is adorable, and funny that's all I got to say.
I know the lore behind the movie portrays bruno as a 50 yr man but sometimes it makes ya wonder if he or his triplet sisters are really that old
yes, since abuela said that 50 years ago they got their gift/candle and that's the same time that pepa, julieta and bruno were born as well
They are 50, they just happen to be good-looking for their age. No big deal, look at our favorite celebrities in their 50s that look so well. Why wouldn't Bruno look good at his age as well?
Yet another unrealistic standard of a wholesome man ❤❤❤
I love him so much he’s adorable 🥰
Anyone else notice how Bruno YEETs the mice in his hands when Mirabelle kicks down his door at 3:05?
"Your hands are very sweaty." -Bruno Madrigal, 2021.
Bruno and Camilo are the same both in appearance but also in character, they are both beautiful characters and they are also amusing and funny. Sorry for my english 😅
I only have a question why is he soo sooo cute and sweet? He's my favorite character in Encanto 🥰
A character's first line in a book or movie should give you a peek into their personality. Bruno's "You're very sweaty" and the way he says it puts an assumption in your mind as to what he's like as a person. Then you learn more and more about him.
