Haha I don’t own a credit card mate! Yeah of course mate the price varies massively on what you are wanting to do! Not racing this year mate gave them up two years ago. Heading up early to pre run and film a heap of footage mate! Thanks for the charity idea mate!
@@Travellingcampers lol, credit card was a figure of speech mate. Selling ya house and sticking ya neck out doing this is a credit to you both! I ment with the costings, no one seems to give a ruff price when they do RUclips clips and reviews.....it'd help plan builds a lot easier eh. Interesting about the diff gears, never really thought about that. Another thing to do before we get our van. Be good to get some tips on the 62 when towing eh.👍
@@baumie4618 yeah and look it’s hard man because every retailer can and will charge different pricing for jobs. Give you a rough ball park all the work we got done was around the 17-20k mark. Diff gears is amazing for the towing mate! Expensive job but if you are towing a heap with the 35s makes a huge difference! Cheers mate!

Can't wait until OZ manufacturers start developing portal axles on the Y62..has been done overseas already..
They have a heap of diff clearance as they are mate! We have done some serious stuff and never bottomed it out of the diffs yet! Would be cool tho! Cheers mate!

Great video guys. Very informative. I've got a series 5 on order at the moment in the same colour as yours. Also got a Dash Predator bar on order. What colour is your bar as it doesn't look black, nor does it look colour matched to the car.

Nice looking rig. Just seen the video of the new airbags/bellows. Do you have a video of you rigs gvm and your vans ATM. Starting to plan travelling set up and looking at y62 or American truck. But would still like to do some harder tracks
Hey mate awesome! The new air bags are so good! Depending which state you are in DMW now have a 4.5 tonne gvm too. With our ball weight we are still well under our gvm at 4085, the van can be at 3.5 tonne and is usually at that or bit below depending on loads and water. All depends on what your set up and van size and weight, how many people etc mate! If you plan on towing 4 tonne a truck is the only way. Thanks for watching

In regards to tyres 235 ‘s Are there any legal issues there I noticed you are not running flares. What type are you running and would you recommend?
Awesome mate congrats on the new car you will love it! All depends on if weight allows mate, we couldn't and have done most of Australia without it towing 3.5 tonne, would I if the weight allowed though? Yeah I would! We have +30 rims and I think it fits perfect with basically no poke, you do need lift and different upper control arms to fit a 325 though. Thanks mate!

What size of those wheels? 17x8.5"? ET(offset)? Fits nice 👍

Thanks for watching mate! For US with OUR set up we needed the gvm to be legal and these are the parts required. Just the odd camping on the weekend no you don’t need all these parts mate. For us with the travel we do and now full time, WE need it mate. Everyone’s set up and what they want to run is different mate. Have a ripper weekend!
