I applaud you effort and patience . If you had of used a Haymen Reece towbar, you would have more room under there. secondly, if and when you need to get it out and put a flat one back in when your laying in the dirt, sand or mud, please film that too. Will be even better to watch. Safe travels . I run 285/65/18 for this very reason. They don't look as sexy, but heaps more practical. Still GVM complient as well if you pick the right tyre.

Premcar had no choice but to develope a new tow bar setup due to the issue you have come accross with the larger tyres, I would definitely not travel in dusty environments with a deflated tyre if you do have a situation were u need it the dust between the bead and rubber will cause you nothing but headaches.

Deflate to 8psi ratchet strap around the tyre circumference you’ll fit a 35” tyre easily let alone a 34”

I would take it back to the place that fitted the toe bar and get them to do a check to see if it is safe. You have got a lot of travelling with a lot of bumps and bangs in the next 6 months. You two work well in a stressful situation. And Aria with her worm was adorable.

I put a hole the size of a 50 cent piece straight through the sidewall of a brand new tyre on the holland track. Its pretty narly doing another 200km in the dessert with no spare and no way to tow a vehicle out. I didnt want the rear bar either so i bought a roofrack. Much more useful than a rear bar imo.
