for anyone who is put off by nuclear reactors, in real life nuclear reactors don't give off toxic gas or smoke or anything, the only gas the give off is harmless steam. and the waste they do give off is well managed and safe in the containers it is stored in
build looks amazing, just one thing
nuclear power plants produce the cleanest of air, and dont have toxic waste
any nuclear waste that is produced is in low amounts, and they aren't green glowing goo - its glass and ceramic.
ALSO THE STUFF COMING OUT OF THE COOLING TOWERS IS DAMN STEAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMMMM
it sucks that most people see nuclear power this way, as it is basically the best form of energy

the towers are actually the cooling towers the reactors are usually in a cubic or dome like structure

You didnt build an nuclear reactor. You built just the cooling towers. They are supposed to turn exhaust steam back into water.

-nuclear plants don't produce toxic waste. they are one of the cleanest sources of energy.

i love these nuclear videos
One thing that you mess up. Reactors don't stay inside cooling towers. They stay (normally) contained into buildings.
So you might build a obsidian containment building to avoid explosions damage. And the reactor building.
It actually makes sense to put the reactor in the ocean because you wouldn't have to spend money on coolant
The ocean is the cooling system for the coolant 😂

i have a tip for you when you build projects on top of oceans use lilypads, the lilypads can be placed on water and you can be able to put a block on top of the lilypad

i see you like nuclear stuff, so i reccomended you HBM's NTM mod for 1.7.10. its a cool mod and it has lots of nuclear related stuff.
I love that mod. especially the RBMK. I managed to find a 1.12.2 port once but i'm not sure if there's any for later versions
@@lotte2899 threre isnt any 1.12.2+ ports for the mod. maybe in the future
@@sigob3973 Well. I somehow found one. Managed to play with 1.12.2 shaders and mods. However a few features were different/missing and the reactor steam pipes were buggy.

The power plant is beautiful, but... Radiation does not change the color of the water, does not pollute the air unless there is a permanent effect, and as long as a nuclear reactor does not explode, it is the reactor that has been found so far, which pollutes the environment the least and emits the least waste to the environment.
Funnels are NOT reactors. Bet you don't even know how Fission works. Also you can't call it a "Nuclear Power Plant' Because there are two types: Fission and Fusion. Fusion is recent and no matter what many will say its incorrect. There are Fusion Power Plants its just we are still working on generating more energy then we use to create fusion.

naming some things you need for a nuclear reactor: an reactor, a hall for that reactor, turbines, coolant pumps and uhh other things i dont remember
