    Girl, I totally notice how strong your legs look in the after and your 🍑 looks definitely more toned and lifted, imo! You look great regardless. Love your dedication to nutrition and fitness.

    The intensity you talk about can also be called "Rate of Perceived Exertion". Perceived is the key word here... How intense something feels doesn't necessarily mean you're getting more benefit than an activity that feels more moderate. I'd suggest committing to a weight training program, like you mentioned, for 3 months. Eat well, follow the program and you'll see changes :)

    Melissa thank you for uploading this video. I was pretty unhappy tday that my weight is not going back to pre pregnancy weight. I feel like I was on a diet for last 2 months but the result always has been minimal. Vlog like this

    Yes i use the innate life, its a learning curve, but worth getting used too, can be greasy or heavy after the scalp treatments, must wash a few times to get it out. I love the rose

    I try to always do a pre- birthday health routine but I do try to eat healthy everyday. I want more stamina as well as a mix up of routines. Still love any vlog with Tika🥰😊❤️☀️🦩

    I feel like gyms are always busy in this city. My apartment gym is pretty decent, and I try to go at off times like 11am or 2pm and there's always at least 3-4 people in there.
