If there is 2 specific 6 Star for that Banner, than you will have 0.5% for either of the two while the 1% split for the rest.
Banners like this aint like the standard banners right? Wherein the amount of pulls going to pity on standard doesnt carry over.. but does chen banner have her own increasing rates beyond 50 summons?

I hate to say it. But chen has more utility than Skadi. Yes they have different roles, but Chen could be a makeshift helidropper too, since her second skill can be instantly activated after dropping her.
