  • Clip from my Around the World stream.
Flying the ROMEO arrival and transitioning to the notoriously dangerous VOR/DME approach into Rwy 02 at Tribhuvan Int (VNKT) in Nepal. There was heavy cloud cover over the Himalayas during the entire approach and I only cleared them when I reached minimums. I was more than relieved to see the airfield and land safely :D
    Flight on September 13th, 2020.

lisandro tesoro I would like to know why as we’ll lol. But the good news is that the next release of the Working Title mod for the CJ4 is expected to add DME to the VORs so there is hope.

good news. Up to now you have to see the nm in the FMS or see it in the map as we did years ago in the Cessna 152 :D
