I plan to employ the Pocket 3 for active tracking during my real estate video shoot, simultaneously capturing additional footage of the property with the Sony Alpha IV. My concern is whether the video quality of the Pocket 3 will seamlessly integrate with that of the Sony Alpha IV?
Overall not bad. I plan to buy the camera. However, the lines are distorted when using the wide angle lens.

I'm just starting to do videos myself using my iPhone but I think I'm ready to upgrade. I don't know if I'm ready to upgrade this far for the price but it looks simple enough. Do you have any video tutorials on how to download and edit these videos that you're taking or what is your process Thank you
If you’re looking for anything above an iPhone. This is a great starter. And with the creator combo the audio is definitely on point
I been using this for real estate since the Osmo Pocket 2. The only downfall with the 2 was the size of the screen at least for me. I see the 3 has gotten better. I am considering getting this one and selling the 2.

was the lens okay for real state for normal size room? I meant the fixed lens, also how bad is distortion if you used the side angle lens?
@@hassanahmed1755 Just the camera lens it comes with is not wide enough in my oppinion. You would need to use the wide angle lens to get a decent portion of the room. Now on the Pocket 2 and the 3 there is some distortion. But honestly, most people don't even realize it. I have been using the pocket 3 since I have upgraded for all my property tours and most cant tell the distortion with the wide angle lens.
Your shutter speed should be double your frame rate. Usually, we would use 24 or 30 FPS. So the shutter would be 1/50 (closest to 24) or 1/60. You would not normally use 60 FPS unless you like the look or are trying to get rid of blur. Great job on the DJI stuff. Now it's time to toss the GoPro stuff! 😀 Ps. cant shoot vlogs in 2r fps its way to shaky and glitchy i feel, it makes me sick!

Definitely the best option for Real Estate Agents! The included wide angle lens does cause quite a bit of distortion so that’s my only gripe at the moment I just use the standard 20mm lenses without the wide adaptor.
That’s odd. Where are you seeing the distortion? Do you think you have a bad lenses? Or did it get scratched? Mine works well
The lines at doorways and what not are bowed, fisheye look... its like that in your video too. Personal preference it bothers me haha. @@ChannelJunkies

I do all of my home tours with a wide angle lens (currently Iphone 13). Is the distortion worse on this wide angle lens?

Simply because i vlog and hold camera and dont need to "punch in" for my videos and I shoot so many its nice to not have so many massive file sizes.

This is the proper use of the Pocket 3. Also fitness videos, and cooking classes. People are using it like an action camera and damaging them every day.
How is it damaging them
@@rahulmakkena2215 water, sand, bumping the screen. Many people have made videos about how that can't flip the screen back into position. My overall point is that this is not a camera to be put into physical situations. That's what action cameras are for.

ya homie! so for the studio at home I am using Sony ZV e-10 cameras with Sigma 16mm lens. then for audio I actually just use my RODE Video Micro wireless microphones which work amazing at keeping audio consistent no matter hoe much i move around or switch camera views! lastly I control all my cameras, audio, and SanDisc SSD recording hard drive with my ATEM Mini Pro switch board!

Pocket 3 is just too fragile and for that reason alone, I’ll take even the Action 4 over it. It isn’t about the camera anyway. Some of the best things I’ve seen have been shot on what most here would consider not a “real” camera. I don’t care what you shoot on. Just make a good video.
