Any idea when I could change permissions of recent DB views? I'd like to show only 1 view for my colleagues with some of the columns hidden

This is great for explaining what the views are but I cannot figure out how to get a view started on a database I already have All the instructions that I see say go to the three dots and add view. There is no ad view in the three dots! Where is the ad view and why don't I have it?
