Everyone knows that the notion is the cool note-taking tool. I really love it. But it will be stronger with security functions (e.g. Password Protected Pages). Please can you like this comment, so NOTION might see it.

security is absolutely fundamentally paramount in the current climate
On the higher plans you can have groups and more granular permissions which is a better solution IMO than having to created passwords for different pages that people may forget or share with others. That way you own the workspace and you control/delegate the permissions.

UPDATE: It's been almost a year since I've commented this and I still have people asking how it's going! So I'll be honest - I've pretty much abandoned the site. It takes a while to load for me, it wasn't worth having to constantly update and edit, and just didn't work for my constantly changing needs. I also just don't like commitment to organization sites. Right now, what's working for me is a physical planner and calendar on my wall, my apple calendar, some to-do lists in various google docs, Google Classroom during the school year, and the knowledge that I'm just not going to commit to something like this until I at least graduate high school. I'm still pretty disorganized though so you can take what I say with a grain of salt.
But I will say, doing everything from scratch is overrated. I like structure.

You should have a recurring option for dates. I use it to automate my deadlines and budget if it’s a thing that happens many times.

@@armandoestradatv I was referring to using the video with clients, of course Notion as a whole is great for clients as well. When you set up a Notion system for a client and their team members need to start using it, share this as the first video to introduce then to how Notion works. On-boarding team members to Notion systems as efficiently and frictionless as possible is a big thing with many clients projects.

Notion actually gives so much value in life and productivity in general.
I starting to learn about how to use Notion, bcuz is an incredible and very useful planner, i tried one year ago but I failed bcuz it has a lot of functions and it's designed mostly for companies, it means that it's uses by huge groups of work, i dont work at a company and neither have one, but recently I have been some problems with my physical agenda, thats why im changing to digital workspace bcuz is more helpful.
P.S: sorry if my english looks a little weird, im still practicing my vocabulary.

Very nice but can you make a dedicated video for Ipad/mobile users? Options and capabilities are not always the same. I use Notion daily at office and at home and wishes to have the full version on my Ipad Pro.

This looks and functions a lot like a graphical version of Scrivener. I'm down to try it. Scrivener is a gold mine for writing and research collection. This seems like a good way to collaborate with that concept and add graphics. I like it.

Love this basic video! 👌🏻 I know it’s not available yet but is there a workaround to get emails to Notion?
A workaround I've come cross is via Evernote. Send/forward email to your Evernote account (the paid one?) then copy/paste the markdown from that into a Notion page. Ugh! Anyone know any alternative way?

Hi! Almost every notion tutorial have this sidebar divided to workspace and private sections. I just start to use notion and i don't understand how to do this. I cant find literally no tutorial for this on youtube. Now I see teamspaces, but it is not the same. Can you help me, please? I need this so much and will be so grateful)

when you use the ipad notion, when the text selected, there is no 6 dots shows up.

Notion is great and all, but not all students have a .edu student email? I tried emailing them but they don't seem to understand colleges/universities in Induia don't provide students with student email services. I get a reply saying at present we can't do nothing. The only reason I want the premium is to embed pdfs. If I could pay for it I would gladly have but as of now I'm just a student and the premium plan let's isay s to expensive.

Yes, you can embed a RUclips video for instance. If that's a 360° video, you can view it as one in Notion!

Hello, please can someone help me? I've created a Table of tasks with tags, priorities, checkbox (Done) and due dates. And question is, can I create a Calendar and connect it to the Table, so it can show me which tasks I have on what day. I also want to add future tasks to the Table and see them in a Calendar automatically. And if I can do that, can I go even farther? I want those tasks in the Calendar (that were automatically taken from Table list) to also be connected to the checkbox (Done) that is also in the Table. So in a Calendar, I can see when I have tasks (that I created in a Table) and also what tasks I did and what tasks I didn't (by connecting them to checkbox (Done) in the Table). Thank You.
Any table can be put in Calendar view. Or can have a linked view in Calendar view-mode (so the same data then appears in two different kinds of view - original table and linked calendar)
