RIGHT Way To Grow & Care For Rose Mallow Hibiscus

How to grow and care for Rose Mallow Hibiscus? As per my knowledge, actually it's known as Rose Mallow 'Lord Baltimore', 'Lord Baltimore' Hibiscus or Hardy Hibiscus 'Lord Baltimore'. The leaves are almost same as Scarlet Rose Mallow Hibiscus. But, there is a bit difference between flowers. Stem and leaves are turning yellow.. it was raining alot so i moved it in shade.. any suggestions? It was really healthy before but now ☹️
