Thanks for the tips ! This will be my first time growing hibiscus however for the winter (hits 20 and below) I move my plants in the garage and take an extra large mirror to reflect the sunlight onto them and this has even kept my banana trees and fig trees alive during the frostier months !
Thank you for very useful and detailed information. My hibscus get buds and they turn yellow and fall down. I will use this information for healthy growth of my hibiscus plants.
Something that gave me the fastest and biggest growing hibiscus in all my life was to plant in dirt mixed with 40-50% perlite. It's insane. XD I planted it a few months ago, and now it's a meter tall and flowering. The stem is over 1cm thick. It seems to love that stuff.
Enjoyed this video, because I've been searching for answers. My hibiscus is possible 15+ years old, here before I bought my house. It has always bloomed pinkish color but this year out of nowhere, they are red. beautiful no matter what color, just crazy. I know weather has a factor sure this past month has been hotter or is it from me watering more than other years? Thank you, I also have a Cranberry Red which is left up to mother nature, meaning I almost never water it since it gets more shade
thanks this video was very informative and pre cise instruction,i apoteciate it verry much i've learn so many things especially the plant Hibiscus , thanks
A very useful video.Definitely d tips of d video will help to improve d growth of my Hibiscus plants.Hope also for more flowers after following d instructions
Well explained! Your videos have awesome knowledge. I had planted from branch cutting in feb end !When will my hibiscus flower please? Should I prune it?
Fish meal, fish pond water, and worm poo are all great food for plants. Especially pond water. My ornamental flowers thrived when we used old pond water on them when we cleaned the pond.
Sir your videos are very informative. Please suggest any good sprayer other than the manual pressure ones where it has to be pumped again & again. Please advise for a particular brand which is reasonably priced.
My tortoise will eat this so I can only use organic fertilizer. This is my first hibiscus, I planted it last August. Pruned it a couple of weeks ago and it is starting to grow!
Warm New Year Wishes to you too. As always, highly selective, informative and useful presentation. If proper sunlight and controlled watering done nothing can stop from getting enormous flowering on hibiscuses and years and years of maintenance of this plant. Tbanks for sharing. 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌💐💐💐💐💐💐💐
I'm in Zone 7A and found hibiscus plants at the end of the season. No idea if they are the hardy kind but going to give it a try to get it through the winter in fabric pots. I finally got some flowers after giving banana water assuming thats why they bloomed. Ive decided I won't be bringing them inside and let them try to survive on their own in the elements with maybe some light covering. Other than to bring them inside for winter is there anything else I should do for them?
I think I have told you before.. Egyptil hibiscus juice is very common My point is even now many are unaware of the potential of wild plants, flowers etc..in their own area
WISH YOU A HAPPY & PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR 2020!
