We can actually complete the calculations to provide you with the certification to give to building control. So, it is called an overglazed extension calculation or a SAP extension calculation. There are two ways to carry them out. You can either do one, which is called an area weighted U-value. When we are purely just looking at the extension being built, and compare it to an extension of the same size and geometry, but that meets the minimum allowable requirements, we can also do another version of this assessment, which is called a whole dwelling method. So, when we look at the extension and the rest of the building, the reason why someone might want to do this is if they have excessive amounts of glazing put onto their extension, and they'll need to compensate for the lack of efficiency within their extension and upgrade the rest of the property, and the whole dwelling method allows us to have this greater design flexibility.
