    Totally agree. This to me is the most important thing in modern Tennis that is almost shunned by so many. The master is spot on again. Fabulous instruction.

    Always struggled with power on my forehand. When I've tried to raise my elbow I was amazed of how much power I got on my forehand. Great advice sir! Thank you.

    love this message. You have to do what feels comfortable and that you can do repeatedly< I tend to get more power with inverted takeback but more spin with the nadal takeback
