GIRL. I’m so excited you’re doing these types of videos! Good skin is to die for and you definitely have it! I’d love to hear about all your skin hacks. The only thing I’m concerned about is how many different products are used. I think a video routine of what types of products to use and what ingredients would be great like first, wash with warm water, second pick a gel cleanser or a cream cleanser etc. and then pick this type of toner, then cream moisturizer thick or water based or whatever.. and then we can pick brands from our budget! Also, your top recommendations for ingredients to look for for different types of skin, and ingredients to avoid at all costs. :) this would be so helpful! It’s hard because everyone’s skin is so different, but if I know kind of what I need and then I pick a brand that works for me.. I think that’d be super helpful!! Love your real mum vlogs even through mom life! You’re looking great! Keep it up! Also, loving the real raw instagram updates on mum life!

I have dry and sensitive skin that’s prone to acne/spots so what really helps is getting rid of fragrance in your skin care products. Especially those you don’t wash off (moisturizers, serums). I also stay the F away from putting mineral oil on my face! I’m currently using the Hada Labo cleanser and moisturizer for night time, those are both without fragrance and make my skin calm! So fragrance free is the way to go when it comes to skin care, if you have sensitive skin. I’m using the Bioderma shower oil for washing my body, which has fragrance but very subtle non-irritating one, then I put on their Intense Baume (balm) formulated without fragrance that helps repair my skin barrier and makes it soft and just helps with my rashes/dermatitis. That Bioderma Atoderm line is made for atopic dermatitis prone skin. As an aesthetician I’m always on the lookout for ingredients that are actually in the products, I never focus on what it says or claims to do on the front packaging. I always check the ingredients and I do my research before buying something. I suggest everyone to do the same. I also really respect some brands more than others although you have to be careful and not just blindly follow brands either! You have beautiful skin, Sarah, just wanted to mention that. :) xx

Wow I’m early. I just want to say Sarah, you have easily become one of the biggest inspirations in my lift and I only discovered you a little over 1 week ago. I don’t look up to a lot of people but wow you.. you give me so much hope and motivation for the future! I’ve been workout out now for 1.5 years have a smaller build and just couldn’t put weight on no matter how much I lifted, tracked macros and I just wasn’t enjoying it. But now I’ve started incorporating more body weight and hiit movements and it’s been so fun! I’ve also tired so many news food because of you! I think my boyfriend is getting sick of me re watching your videos and telling him to be quiet when you upload a Instagram story 🙊 So thank you for sharing so much positivity and showing girls that just listening to your body is the best thing for you ♥️♥️

Hailie O‘Brien i think her diet definitely helps because i don’t exactly have acne like those pics but i do have eczema. My diet is everything because it is an immune system thing. Dairy is the #1 no no for my skin. And i know it’s bad for acne and skin anyways. It’s hard to digest and biologically humans are the only mammals who still drink milk after the baby age. We aren’t really supposedly consume it after that. If you consume dairy, try cutting some out. And maybe even try some of the supplements Sarah talks about. I hope his helps.

    • @anber4129
      @anber4129 5 лет назад +1

Ronja K ur not a fat whale!! 🥰 what tend to eat lean meats and (in moderation) whole wheat pasta inside like a soup with veggies and chicken. Or maybe a soup with beans and veggies without pasta, maybe some ground chicken. For dinner, try eating chicken and veggies. For breakfast, i always eat two eggs without any bread. If u scramble the eggs, put a handful of spinach. I also have whole wheat pasta and chicken meatsauce that i make with canned tomatoes, fresh garlic, carrots, celery and onions. Hope this helps!!

The best cleanser, toner and moisturiser I have found is Embalm Skincare - they are an Aussie company and totally natural.
The owner actually went and studied and made the products after having trouble with her own skin and wanting to fix it using completely natural products!
I don’t wear makeup so I love that it is very light and fresh on my skin.

  • @geanneschutter1899

I love your routine! Natural products are so awesome! I just started on my own journey and have been getting good results from using rice water toner and almond oil. Here how I use it for my acne prone skin: For the rice water toner, use a spoon of white rice and some water. Let it sit for 2 hours so it gets milky. Strain the water and use on your face. It keeps in the fridge for 5 days. I have the same problem with oils als Sezzy. So instead of using the oil on itself, I add two drops to my moisturizer at night. Still the benefits, not the clogged pores :)

You're rocking it Sarah! 5 weeks postpartum and you're doing amazing! Fox is getting so big! I noticed his hair getting lighter ❤️ also be careful with oils, have you ever tried rosehip? That's one of the best ones to use which really hydrates and feeds the skin! Hope your rash clears up soon!

Sarah, it’s so sweet to see you with Fox. Thank you for taking the time to make videos and stay connected. You are always so kind & positive despite being a busy mumma now!
I recently tried the 1000 Roses Moroccan beauty oil by Andalou and I felt like a queen. It was such a luxurious feeling! My skin was soft and it smelled amazing. I’m interested in trying some of their other products like Meyer Lemon + Vitamin C cleanser, Açaí + Kombucha oil-free moisturizer, CannaCell hemp exfoliating scrub, and the 1000 Roses daily shade facial lotion with SPF 18, in addition to the 1000 roses oil every other day. I’m not sure if I should stick to one skincare line with their products or try these different ones that I feel drawn to. I have combo skin, so I feel it would be good for me to have variety & balance.
I was wondering if you might have insight/opinions about the brand Andalou. I’d love to see more videos related to skincare!
Much love to you & your family 🙏🏼💗

Hey Sarah! I love your videos so much! You're such a huge inspiration in my life :)
My skin is really sensitive and prone to breakouts. A few friends have told me that I might be drying out my skin, so not to wash it with cleanser in the morning and only use warm water and a towel because my skin already has natural oils, and then wash all of the makeup off at night. What are your thoughts on this?
Also I'd love to see how you keep your hair looking fresh throughout the week without washing it every day?

I don’t know if this is correct but when I worked at a cosmetic store we were always told to apply skincare in order of thinnest to thickest. And also we were told to not wait in between steps/that toners are actually there to help your other products soak in more so it’s good to do one after the other. But I’ve never done the research myself so I don’t know! Anyway, thanks so much for this video!!! You are genuinely skin goals and natural beauty goals. Ever since I was 12 years old I've had acne prone skin, dry and now it's a little oily. I also have big pores so wondering if you can recommend something natural!
I've tried so many products and all of them dry my skin and feel tight and stiff after using.
Right now I'm using a gel cleanser called benzac and azclear day moister.
Next I'm going to try Tahitian body skin care.

I would love topics on really natural skincare, like homemade masks, remedies, scrubs and other. Also, maybe you would like to make a dedicated video on other factors demaging or helping the skin, for example the diet. Maybe there are certain products that should be used more often and ones who can intensify the acne or bad skin. I know that you occasionally mention them in the vlogs but I think a dedicated video would help :) I have dry skin and acne on my forehead and have no idea why and I want to treat it as natural as possible, without buying a bunch of products, so it would be really helpful to know more about homemade and natural remedies and the diet for healing acne in general :)

I have tried it for my psoriasis and it is an incredible moisturiser. I find it a bit too rich for my face - certainly during the day, as it can take so long to absorb. It's a little heavy/sticky. But I love to use it occasionally as an overnight mask, on nights when I have time to let it absorb 😊

@@cassandraanddanielroberts7282 It is super moisturising, so it certainly calmed down the dryness and flakiness, but it didn't get rid of my psoriasis, unfortunately. I think us psoriasis sufferers are on an endless quest to find the perfect solution! Mine only ever completely disappeared once, when I was pregnant, but came back straight after my daughter was born. It's such a difficult thing to treat. I find not worrying too much about it is the best solution! But yes, it is a really lovely moisturizer for dry skin, just be warned that is is very greasy/ heavy before sinking in :)

I need this right now I've just stopped taking contreceptive it's been 2 months and oh my my hormones have been all over the place breakouts on my chin, nose, bad sleeping, stomach cramps and more 😔 😔 I've booked into doctors but it's still 3 hours away!
If anyone has advice or knowledge on what I can do or take to calm hormones down??
I'm already taking collagen and zinc tablets....

I went on contraceptive when I was 18 because I had cystic pimples! so 13 years later I've made the decision to come off and regulate my hormones naturally and not only that we are eventually gonna try for a baby, 👶 once it's out of my system they say it could be 6 months. 😱 😱
Have a discussion to your doctor first before stopping..♥ what I'm hating is all the same problems I had when I was 18 have now arised since stopping contreceptive so I have to work out what natural supplements are best for me ie zinc, collegene powder and at the moment I'm loving sukin skin care range!
It's a big thing coming off contreceptive so please be safe and chat to your doctor etc first.
💕 ♥ it's how you feel not what other people are doing, you do you beautiful xxx good luck.
