- I will show you how to update your old MacBook Pro Retina (In this video I'm using a 15-inch Early 2013 Model Identifier MacBookPro10,1) from an older macOS like High Sierra 10.3.6 to the newer macOS Catalina 10.15.7
If you want to upgrade your macOS to the latest macOS Ventura 13.5.1 and you get this error message:
"We could not complete your purchase.
The version of macOS 13.5.1 cannot be installed on this computer."
That means your MacBook Pro is not compatible with the latest macOS available at this moment, but that doesn't mean you could not upgrade to a newer macOS available for your MacBook Pro model.

Only if they are REALLY important, its like a Windows 7 system, no more updates

I have a macbook pro with Mavericks and cannot upgrade AT ALL. In fact, it wont even let me sign in to the app store - I enter my credentials, the mac says they are wrong, but I get a notification on my iphone asking to allow signing in. Even after allowing it, Mavericks is still stuck. Is there an OS image somewhere?

Hey I bought the MacBook online but I’m trying to download the app it tells me we could no complete your purchase. The Adobe Lightroom and other apps can’t be installed on Macintosh HD because mac0S version 11 or later is required. I don’t know what to do in order to download app. I updates it but it’s didn’t work. How should I do?

So im still personally running 10.13 on my laptop because my desktop a mac pro 5,1 has a nvidia pascal gpu and even though they can both go to a way newer os the nvidia drivers do not exist on 10.14 or newer so I limit myself intentionally and with a few programs you can actually get the latest web browser and keep discord and whatever programs you use still going

DON'T UPDATE !!! The CPU will increase a lot with Monte osX...and if you use audio units or OBS...This upgrade is a pain in the ass.... a real mess in the cpu computer performance !!!!I I 've tryed and I get back straight to my timemachine...anyway if you go to Monterrey it is not going to possible to get back with time machine to mojave...it 's gonna be difficult...I let you know !!! U will need to use terminal
