@@kendrasananikone I had a metal hood like that on my X70. It was so sturdy I found myself carrying it around by the hood. Nice strap too btw

@@kendrasananikone It'll be here tomorrow, so that's awesome. And I know what you say about being comfortable in front of the camera. I'm still struggling big time! I ask my former students what they think of the videos, and they just say "they're okay, but it's not YOU yet..." so I'm still trying to get there too! Also - the filter will be here tomorrow, and I can't wait to go out and test it out!

Do you use any case or pouch to keep the camera in? Trying to find one that fits the same lens hood
i keep my camera in a sling bag! i know that might be a little big but it's the only one i've found that fits with the lens hood on
Hi I just bought a squarehood model v, and my previous black mist filter doesn't fit for the hood. Just wondering which black mist filter can fit and function for the hood.
i used a tiffen 1/4 black pro mist filter at the time, now i use a tiffen glimmerglass 1 filter. the link to the exact same black mist filter is in the description!
I am using the Folding Thumbrest from lensmate to allow easy access to all of the buttons.
