  • The process of learning karate forces us to systematically break down everything that we thought we knew already, and then to put it all back together in a more refined state. This video on the concept of "Enter form, exit form" tries to explain how this happens, and how we ultimately improve our karate over time.

    Been studying Karate I should say on and off for the past 20 years and vie never heard of this concept before although it does make complete sence to me I'm still a 1st kyu

    I have a question: what are the Japanese terminology for these ENTER FORM / EXIT FORM? I have tried to find on google, but cannot find anything.
