  • Being in harmony with your opponent in karate, being in harmony and balance with yourself in your life - both are incredibly important. This video talks about the concept of harmony and its value in the dojo and on a daily basis.

    This is what i needed to hear. I've always worried that me being in a smaller stature than my potential opponent would always be an issue; and i would be at the disadvantage. But now i'm understanding differently. Thank you

    @VchaosTheoryV From many people I have seen, the smaller practitioners are often way better than the big, tall, strong practitioners because they have concise and efficient movements. They don't have time to mess around with stuff that doesn't work. Focus on being efficient with your techniques and kind with your demeanor and you shouldn't have too many problems.
