@@NourSharif7 I'm very happy to hear that and I agree! Another lesson to take away here is that you didn't find out how beautiful Arabic is "by chance." You were willing to put in the effort. You had it in you. Thanks for sharing your story!
Hearing people say Arabic is harder than Chinese actually gives me hope in learning Chinese because I find tones sooo difficult 😂 and I speak fluently Arabic.
It depends, if you mean modern Arabic then its very easy but if you mean fosha then it's very hard that it's not uncommon to hear a khatib make tens of grammatical errors. Fosha takes years to learn even for natives like me.
As an arab I'll tell you: Tenses are super easy, we just have past + Modarii (which is used for both present and future) + imperative. Prononus are quite easy. There's I and we, then you(male), you (female). Then both of you (males) and both of you (females), then all of you (males) and all of you (females). Finally, there's he, she, the two of them (males), the two of them (females), all of them (males) and all of them (females). I think what's harder in Arabic are two things that are intertwined : Tackhil and Iraab. Tachkil changes the pronunciation. So while in English you want to make the sound "o" You'll put an o. In arabic we'll use small things under or on the letters to show how it's pronounced. It's very hard to explain it you don't speak any Arabic. As for Iraab... I think it's the most complicated thing ever in learning a language. I've studied Arabic for 13 years in school with all the passion I had, and still don't have a grasp of Iraab. I don't even know how to explain it lol Aside from that, Arabic has a very large vocabulary. There are words which have 300 synonyms and words for very precise feelings or actions or situations. Arabic is a beautiful language
Well, talking as arabic as a communication ( modern arabic) yes its easy but if you would like to speak fluent arabic its hard, and difficult part is grammer, vocabulary and there lot of annoying things if you would to go deep in the language, its even difficult for us, one arabic might has 10 diffirent meanings أبي فاء إلي الفيء فإذا فاء الفيءُ أتي It means my dad went to desert (or far place) if evenining ( sunset) started fall he will back home, so الفيء has two meaning first : open place or far place, second : is shadow, shadow of tree or rock etc
@@youngartists4352 هاي في الفصحى، يعني أبوي راح للصحرا او لمكان بعيد و إذا غابت الشمس رجع البيت، فاءَ يعني ذهب، الفيء تعني الصحراء أو مكان واسع و بعيد، فاء الفيء يعني وقت المغيب أو بدء الليل
Arabic just has to be the most perfect language, where there's a reason behind everything, rather like chemistry you can analyse the words, so an educated Arab is like a walking Encyclopedia despite the fact the script looks like a spider that had an accident with an ink pot the letters are simply a different shape.
By the way. The word Chemistry comes from arabic verb (Kama) and it is (Kimia'a) in Arabic which means to hide st important. That Chemistry is a science with it's own hidden treasures.

I’m a native Mandarin speaker from Mainland China and know Shanghainese( native to that city) and English, some French, a bit Latin and very little German. Personally speaking I think Chinese is one of the easiest languages, grammatically. There are no verb conjugations( French and English verbs are quite irregular); no noun declensions and no cases( like in German and Latin); the numeral systems (cardinal and ordinal) are crazy simple( unlike, for instance, French and especially the Latin ordinal number system), the sentence structures casual and simple, no tenses in a Indo-European sense( simply add phrases such as in the past/now/in the future); the passive voice is easy to learn( especially compared to Latin, for example); there is not even such thing as an “infinitive”. In Grammatical terms, I believe that Chinese is easier than English even. I admit that accumulating vocabulary is hard, but if you are a native speaker of Germanic/Romance languages, you’ll face the exact same challenge learning Arabic or Japanese. On the other hand ,Chinese dialects are really insane. MOST aren’t worth taking the time learning ; if really you want to learn Chinese dialects, try hokkien, Hakka or Cantonese because they are widely spoken in the Chinese overseas diaspora.
As Arabian, Chinese is much harder hehehe! Look Chinese is hard to write but easy to speak.. Arabic is really hard in grammar that I'm at university and we still learn the 4th level of arabic grammar.

I'm arab and I believe that my (fussha) arabic is better than average, i can speak English which is a very easy language to me. I'm learning Chinese and yes it's so hard BUT I still think arabic is the hardest thing ever not just as a language but it's so beautiful too. like you can't ever be THAT fluent bc it's such a big and complicated language, it's art 👁
of course you can be fluent in Arabic, especially if it's your mother tongue. You can't master it without spending a big part of your life studying it but that applies to other languages too I guess. Anyway I get your point, but I'm pretty sure the only reason we find Fusha hard to speak is because we rarely every speak Fusha. We've been taught to speak slang from an early age. It's all a matter of practice.
@@YAZ._.10 the fussha Arabic is not a dead language, we learn Arabic fusha in school. In news papers. In TV interviews and cartoons.(all that happens in middle eastern countries). We just don't communicate in fussha. But fussha is definitely alive and we learn it.
Both these languages are so hard that most natives have trouble with them. I'm not gonna go around talking about Chinese because I truthfully don't know much about it. But as an Arabic speaker. The Arabic language is so extremely difficult. Here's a few things about it. Arabic grammar is SUPER hard, like, it's actually weird how hard it could be for some natives. Every word can have so many meanings and can easily change the whole meaning of a sentence by its position. Arabic Grammar can be referred to as An-Nahw Every word can be a 1)Noun 2)Verb 3)Harf (A Harf is most likely a small word like In, on, yes, no, what, Etc...) Also, the translation of "Harf" is "Letter" Changing the last letter of a word could often change its whole meaning, also, a lot of words could be written in over 2 ways. Even natives find it tiring to write in Arabic sometimes, that's why a lot of Egyptians (Who speak their own form of Arabic, although using the same letters.) have created their own texting language called "Franko" Which is basically speaking in Arabic but using English words mixed with numbers. For example: They use the numbers 2, 3, 5, 7 to compensate for Arabic letters that they can't replace with English ones. Ana 7abeb mawdoo3 eni batkalem 3ala lo5'etna dah. What you just tried to read was a sentence written in Franko meaning "I like the fact that I'm talking about our language a lot."
I used to teach Arabic for non speakers from the US, UK, Germany, Canada, Italy and Albania they all agreed that Arabic might be difficult in producing voices they aren't used to like ح، ع and little difficulty in غ، خ But it is very easy to learn when they know the forms of the verbs . Those forms made it easier for them to form the nouns, adjectives and so on.
Arabic is so easy for practicing the language as communication. But it’s so complicated to practice it as a formal language or as they call it they modern standard Arabic!
@lola dacutest I don’t know if it would be easier to learn but it’s most definitely it’s going to be odd and strange to talk Formal Arabic because literally nobody uses it.
Hi Mike, I've been learning Arabic by myself for a while mainly concentrating on Iraqi and Gulf Arabic. I'm always in need of more conversation practice though. If you keen, we could some videos where two foreigners having a conversation in Arabic without resorting to English. I think it could be interesting to Arabs and Arabic learners alike.
I've been learning Arabic about nine years now and absolutely agree: the key to success is putting in the time and learning lots and lots of vocabulary. If you just read al-Kitaab at university or a language school in the Middle East, you will never get anywhere. Bin or burn or ignore al-Kitaab. There are so many good resources you can use to build a good base in your own time. Linguaphone, Mastering Arabic, Small Wonders Arabic (graded readers), Thackston's Koranic and Classical Arabic (the best book I read for grammar in context, ignore the fact it says classical). The very best I found was "Standard Arabic, an elementary to intermediate course" (translated from German, well worth buying the casettes as there was no 2nd edition with CDs). When you've built a good base of lots of media and literary vocab, you can supplement that with reading authentic sources. BBC Arabic is fantastic, as is al-Jazeera (google تعلم العربية and their fantastic site for non-native learners comes up, for English, French or Turkish speakers. See "Language of media": even their elementary articles are filled with new vocab, translations, exercises, some videos so you can listen while reading and learning. Put the hours in (I made the most progress when I did 4-6 hours a day but literally any time you put in is time well spent, 20 mins a day is better than a few hours in one go once a week), read out loud, translate, and you can get on top of Arabic. But if you just do what you're told in class, progress will be very limited!
Hello Lydia! I'm a native Arabic speaker but I wanna help my friends who are learning Arabic. Can you please recommend books or RUclips channels also a dictionary German - Arabic or English - Arabic. Thank you in advance.
To learn Arabic , you need to appreciate it's beauty, once you realize it , you'll learn it quicker, for fusha, try listening to the Quran, to start practicing arabic choose a dialect and learn it, then you'll pick up more quickly.
I speak Arabic and from my perspective Chinese is way harder because of the sounds and the è é ê things that i can't understand. In Arabic the tone you say a word doesn't matter that much if you pronounce it right but in Chinese it can change the meaning like Haha means mom but hāhā means horse, one mistake and your mom is a horse. But grammar is easier in Chinese i guess. The hardest grammar I've witnessed so far is German.
Actually Standard Mandarin has the easiest tone system with only four tones. In some dialects we even have 10 tones! But most times it doesn’t matter a lot to pronounce incorrect tones because most Chinese people would still understand. But is it right that Chinese grammar is extremely easy. Still I would suggest it is Finnish that has the hardest grammar.
I've been learning both almost a year In my opinion arabic is harder (to pronounce) based on thai language is my mother tongue in Thai they don't have غ ض ص sounds that's why arabic is harder than Chinese
@@marklittler784 no it is actually relevant if you mispronounce a letter and what you said resembles another letter the meaning can drastically change. i had a russian friend that was learning arabic, once she tried to say she's fluent she ended up saying that she is a ****
in my opinion as an arab who lived in china for 7 years now , when comparing the two languages the only harder aspect about chinese is the writing aspect but almost every other thing about arabic is harder considering that you don't know anything about any of the two .
It's not just about the writing. Because of their long history of civilisation, there are so many cultural aspects embedded in the language in their everyday conversations. Proverbs here and there...which don't sound pompous in the casual way they use it. Sure, basic mandarin is sooo easy....expressing what you want to eat and getting around. But having a decent conversation takes years of learning.
I think Chinese is harder. Chinese have 4 tones and a neutral tone. You maybe think you can pronounce them correctly, but Mandarin speakers will improve you many times. And the 50,000 characters in Chinese are harder than the 28 (x4) letters in the Arabic alphabet.
What makes Arabic hard is a lot of Arabic countries speak different then each other like the Arabic you hear from countries like Saudi Arabia(which in some regions they speak different Arabic) UAE Kuwait Qatar Bahrain might find people from yemen or northern African countries speak different from each other
But be sure that if you talked with them with the fus'ha they will understand you even if you went to morroco, kuwait, sudan, iraq or any another arabic country.
As an iraqi who have met arabs from all over Arab countries, I'm telling you we understand eachother perfectly. The only hard words are the not common ones. Are you an arab?
It depends on your background. E.g. If you're a Korean or a Japanese, then it's easier to learn Chinese than any other language. However, if you're a Iranian, it's not hard to learn Arabic. The unique feature of Chinese is its tone. If you start to learn Chinese as a adult, then the only way for you to make it is to move there and live with Chinese for a long time. No exception.

Hello Mike, Greetings from Cape Town, South Africa. There is a beautiful quote from our former president, Nelson Mandela which he said," Speak to a man in a language he understands and it will go to his brain , speak to man in his language and it will go to his heart."
Arabic is my native language and I do speak Chinese language, I believe Arabic is much harder than Chinese. Arabic grammar is very difficult, vocabulary range is so huge, pronunciation is also not that easy. So in conclusion Arabic is most difficult language in the whole world then the Chinese language comes in the Second rank
Languages take different evolutionary paths depending on the cultures that spoke it. Ancient Arabs did not use language simply to convey meaning, to them language was also a means of displaying skill. And they took this quite seriously, it could literally determine your status in society. Talking with meaningful sentences that rhythm and producing great poems on the go were abilities that could make you a revered person. The standards were so high even the most novice poets back then would be considered eloquent in the modern day. This is why when you hear classic Arabic you can actually *feel* that it came out of a place where people cared about how pleasant speech sounded.
Fact Arabs themselves have a problem with their own language's grammar and they find it difficult Arabic is known as one of the hardest subjects at school and it's rare when you find someone who loves it, but most of the problems that they encounter are because the grammar which is also known as 'Naho' ،، 'نحو'

As a native arabic speaker, i agree that arabic grammar is insanely hard , i mean many words are spelled the same but dont mean the same because of the harakat on them (small accents and punctuation on the letters) If the words change in a sentence you sometimes need to change the word spelling and structure to fit the i'rab which is the gramatical analysis of it such as with connected and seperate pronouns, plurals , the vocabulary is insanely large not to mention the fact that youre basically learning two languages because the fusha (formal) and a'ameya ( informal ) are so different words wise and grammar wise and pronunciation and spelling etc... And thats without mentioning that arabs have so many different dialects where sometimes w struggle to understand arabs from other countries because their words and wording and vocab is soo different
Even tho we Arabs speak fluent arabic but sometimes we find new words that are difficult especially the old Arabic Salam From Algeria 🇩🇿 🇩🇿 I love your Chanel !! بالتوفيق ❤😌
As a native Chinese and English speaker, married to a native Arabic speaker and learning Arabic... here’s my conclusion: 1. Arabic dictation is easy, it is basically a series of alphabets and you will be able to read Arabic letters after 2 weeks of practice. Chinese on the other hand are thousands of characters that you are unable to read at all within weeks. 2. Grammar wise, Arabic appears a lot more complicated than Mandarin.
For me, it’s harder to learn Mandarin compared to arabic. For me, the hardest part is the writing. But both of them has their own difficulties. I love both of them because I lived in Malaysia 🇲🇾 a multiracial country. I’m still learning both languages and maybe Tamil one day.
I studied fus7a in university so I already know the alphabet and have a foundation for vocab, plus as a Jew I know Hebrew which has similar structure being a related language so def for me Arabic is easier because it isn't alien. Chinese I wouldn't even know where to start, from characters to words to pronounciation.
Arabic seems to be a perfect language where you can analyse individual words rather like chemicals, the problem lies in it trying to be as perfect as possible in turn making it more complicated.

Hello~ I’m a Mandarin user🇹🇼(Taiwanese) I speak English and Français, and I would say Mandarin isn’t a difficult language if you compare to your grammar, because Mandarin is literally a non-grammar language(for a native opinion). If your sentence is logical, and it can be understand, so there is no necessary to memorise too many grammar. But as for the vocabulary...it’s not that easy at all. Even the native still makes lots of mistakes LOL. As what you said, learning a language by surfing internet is absolutely a good way to the beginner! But I also highly recommend to find a good book to read, it’s very useful. Not only getting more grasp to the language, it can also let you fall in love with it!!!
I wouldn't go ahead and say Chinese is a non-grammar language. Though it's much less complex than many European languages, it really has all the grammar that it needs to function properly as a language. As I am the native speaker of Chinese, I would like to tell you that, there is no concrete grammar for Chinese, yeah, we can even make mistakes in our writing. Chinese characters are surly difficult, because I was still learning how to write some comparatively not common-used characters till middle school. Chinese relys more on the context and the meaning rather than solely depending on the relationships between words.
Even I’m Chinese, I have to say Chinese is damn so hard. One day my friend who is taking Chinese course asked me something about grammar, I just have no idea and question myself did I learn grammar when I was little? Idk how to explain, because we native speakers just talk in this way since we were born without thinking too much. Even later when we talk in Chinese, my friend tried to correct my Chinese grammarʕʘ‿ʘʔ. And when I tried to help him to correct his composition, I just want to change the whole structure to make sense, but it makes the thing harder because for people who take Chinese as a L2, their writing style is just so special………

"Arabic or Chinese" *Screams in Urdu* Just for the info Urdu is a mixture of different languages. Though modern Urdu (or easy urdu/ every day urdu spoken by average citizens) is more easily relatable to Hindi. But if it goes to hard urdu (advanced urdu) than it turns into a mixture of hindi and Persian. Going a little more further (old urdu) it turns into complete Persian with 3% Hindi words used. Or by going for different prinounciations it can turn into half Arabic with mixture of Persian words. So it is easy but hard at the same time as if taken up a notch turns into different language yet the same one.

It depends, if you mean modern Arabic then its very easy but if you mean fosha then it's very hard that it's not uncommon to hear a khatib make tens of grammatical errors.
Fosha takes years to learn even for natives like me.
Yesss
Fosha is really really hard for Arabic person so how it will be to For a foreign person?
As an arab I'll tell you:
Tenses are super easy, we just have past + Modarii (which is used for both present and future) + imperative.
I don't even know how to explain it lol
Aside from that, Arabic has a very large vocabulary. There are words which have 300 synonyms and words for very precise feelings or actions or situations.

we missed you mike!!

Arabic is second language in Somalia
not that hard for you to learn you have similar words
Both these languages are so hard that most natives have trouble with them. I'm not gonna go around talking about Chinese because I truthfully don't know much about it. But as an Arabic speaker. The Arabic language is so extremely difficult. Here's a few things about it.
Arabic grammar is SUPER hard, like, it's actually weird how hard it could be for some natives. Every word can have so many meanings and can easily change the whole meaning of a sentence by its position.
Arabic Grammar can be referred to as An-Nahw
Every word can be a
1)Noun
2)Verb
3)Harf (A Harf is most likely a small word like In, on, yes, no, what, Etc...) Also, the translation of "Harf" is "Letter"
Changing the last letter of a word could often change its whole meaning, also, a lot of words could be written in over 2 ways.
I used to teach Arabic for non speakers from the US, UK, Germany, Canada, Italy and Albania they all agreed that Arabic might be difficult in producing voices they aren't used to like ح، ع and little difficulty in غ، خ
But it is very easy to learn when they know the forms of the verbs . Those forms made it easier for them to form the nouns, adjectives and so on.
Arabic is so easy for practicing the language as communication. But it’s so complicated to practice it as a formal language or as they call it they modern standard Arabic!
@lola dacutest
I don’t know if it would be easier to learn but it’s most definitely it’s going to be odd and strange to talk Formal Arabic because literally nobody uses it.
I’m actually studying both of them, wish me luck!

But grammar is easier in Chinese i guess. The hardest grammar I've witnessed so far is German.
one mistake and your mom is a horse
Actually Standard Mandarin has the easiest tone system with only four tones. In some dialects we even have 10 tones! But most times it doesn’t matter a lot to pronounce incorrect tones because most Chinese people would still understand. But is it right that Chinese grammar is extremely easy. It's not just about the writing. Because of their long history of civilisation, there are so many cultural aspects embedded in the language in their everyday conversations.

As a native arabic speaker, i agree that arabic grammar is insanely hard , i mean many words are spelled the same but dont mean the same because of the harakat on them (small accents and punctuation on the letters)
If the words change in a sentence you sometimes need to change the word spelling and structure to fit the i'rab which is the gramatical analysis of it such as with connected and seperate pronouns, plurals , the vocabulary is insanely large not to mention the fact that youre basically learning two languages because the fusha (formal) and a'ameya ( informal ) are so different words wise and grammar wise and pronunciation and spelling etc...
And thats without mentioning that arabs have so many different dialects where sometimes w struggle to understand arabs from other countries because their words and wording and vocab is soo different

As a fluent Arabic speaker Arabic is pretty hard even if it’s my first language🤭
The process of a man's love
Fitst喜欢上一个人
Then喜欢上一个人
Then喜欢上一个人
End喜欢上一个人
It's the same sentence, but it means different things
Translate :
Fall in love somebody
Like to fxxx somebody
Miss your ex
Enjoy alone
That's how hard it is to speak Chinese
i dont know chinese but im willing to bet that each sentence sounds different despite looking the same on paper
If there is score for difficulty...
Arabic will get 6/10
Chinese will get 11/10.
i Agree things are way easier nowadays ty @mikestilluk
Quran is the finest literature in the Arabic language, which came through Prophet Mohammed (pbuh), one who could not read or write.

Brilliant talk , very informative bc I'm thinking of learning Spanish ,and it's really great to hear the experience of a polyglot in learning a new language. And we all have to know that if we're afraid of making mistakes we'll never learn anything.
Not only getting more grasp to the language, it can also let you fall in love with it!!!
insightful, you drew my attention to mandarin :)
I wouldn't go ahead and say Chinese is a non-grammar language. Though it's much less complex than many European languages, it really has all the grammar that it needs to function properly as a language. That being said, there are still plenty of grammar stuff that I find unfamiliar. Like the use of 把,了,过,被,在....上,一...就,得,etc and iffy word order.
@@matthewbitter532 For arabic every single word has an origin consist of 3 letter word which is a verb, each 3 letter verb has possibility to make up to 21 different words
Great motivational videos! Thanks for sharing !!
They’re both strong personalities. They’re both trying to have the last word.
Trying to have the last word in a conversation doesn't mean they have strong personalities though. It could mean that person is just stubborn or shallow or trying to share more information or to showoff his knowledge to impress...and the list goes on. You're stating that they are trying to have the last word as it was a verified fact, while it is only your own prejudice from your own perspective. Your comment shows how judgemental you are.
Akrem Amara yeah a truly smart person is one who lets the fool have the last word

Awesome work, Mike and Steve!
I'm 19 yrs old my mother language is Russian I've been speaking English for 10 yrs so I've used to speak English since I was 9 and I can speak Arabic too I can say that I speak fluent in both languages even tho I'm not from Arabic origin B-)
Thats actually very impressive!
I wonder what fluent looks like in Arabic for you. even tho am Arabic I never heard someone talk in Arabic in the street or to me in Arabic.
Arabic also has different symbols called harakat which changes the alphabets sounds and we have several harakat so the same alphabet can have many different sounds. I think when people are learning Arabic they don’t realize that to speak proper Arabic with the correct pronunciation of the words/sentence harakat is needed. Sometimes the meaning can change of the words and sentence based on the harakat. These are the harakat َ ّ ُ ِ ٍ ْ ٌ ـ ٰ ٓ
Arabic language is so easy😄 It’s so flexible and make scene and it’s very beautiful 😊
😂😂😂😂😂
Sure, for a native speaker.
@@elena79rus For native speakers, *spoken* Arabic is easy. I can guarantee that most Arabs don't understand it's grammar perfectly.. the grammar especially is really hard.
@@a.i5121
For native speakers? Of course it will be easy for them! 😂

Ebtehal Al-Subaie not bad just gotta get some grammar and vocab haha
my teacher sometimes stops in the middle of class because of the bad writing in arabic. We've been actually learning to write arabic since being 6 years olds and we still make mistakes while writing. (keep in mind that arabic is very hard so thats normal and my language comes from 70% arabic)
Any mandrin speakers wanna teach me mandrin and I’ll teach you Arabic?
Possibly this July😂 You know Chinese Highschool System is hell. But I'll graduate this June. I'd love to have a helping hand in Arabic learning because it's quite hard to find resources here in China. I love learning languages! I'm more focused on European languages, but I'll definitely learn Arabic at some point in my life. Until then maybe!😋
As an Arabic speaker ( Egyptian) speaking 4 languages, Arabic , English, French & Turkish , I can say that the difficulty definitely in Arabic , especially the grammar, the Arabic grammar is so eloquent that it makes it so hard to master it , the language in Arabic is so rich , you talking about the first language that puts the alphabet system ( 28 letters..even the names of the letters are originally Arabic .. on earth now we still have a language that have the oldest writings on earth was in Arabic , alphabetic , not primitive or have a structure to the language
I believe Chinese is harder because it's a tonal language! (Arab here)
Agreed
lol u can master tones with time.
but remember we have been given arabic grammars for 12 years and they are very complicated.
arabic grammar books are sometimes 1000 pages.
I am from syria btw.
@@eyadsy6208 I agree that Chinese grammar is easier than Arabic, but when it comes to pronunciation I think Chinese would be more difficult. Difficulty is relative though. And hey, I'm Syrian too.
你好~
@@dentonssubliminals Chinese tone is super hard to pick up, if you say it wrong it will make you sound like a donkey
Like steve said generally languages as you keep stimulating your brain with their structures grammar vocabulary and etc.. You can get hold of any language and that's why I think Arabic would be SOOO easy for someone who can think of grammar logically, it's very logical! So I really think Arabic is an easy language
Levantine = Al Sham
Not Al Shimagh. Al Shimagh is something men in the gulf wear on their heads.
Even Jordanians and Syrians and Palestinians wear the Shimagh.
Iraqis too.
@@jasonvoorhees8899 most of arabic countries wear shemagh شماغ, but every color and design identify the place you coming from like palestinians wear white and black thats the official color but some parts in palestine wear red and white, jordan they wear white and red, iraq use white and black but has different design like bigger squares, oman they use fully colored but has unique design
Jason Voorhees Syrians don’t wear that...
@@Lolee56 they do wear shemagh, white and black beduin Syrians also DRAA area they do wear
It's funny because in my region in algeria, shemar is synonymous with hijab.
Chinese has no grammar but just because it has no forced grammar, it has LOTS of subtle rules and nuances to acquire and many things that you have to know when making certain sentences if you are learning. You'll know what i'm talking about if you learn it mindfully and are fluent.

Learning both languages but Chinese is way harder esp the prunciation
真是个小可爱 Native speaker would never learn grammar from their language. That’s why you can’t explain it to your friend.
That's the same problem with us writing in English. Strange writing style.
Well I think you should take some Arabic grammar lessons 😂😂
well just try to learn the grammar and Syntax , Parsing the sentences .. especially how to talk Fosha .. I'm studying in the university and I still falling in that lessons lol

I can speak chinese and arabic and I think chinese writing is so hard an arabic grammar is so complicated
of course arabic is harder
if we want to collect all arabic grammars in one book it would be more than 1000 pages.
Me as a Syrian I have been taking arabic for 12 years and I can't wrap my head around all those details in grammar.
chinese grammar is easy, perhaps easier than english
only difficult thing is tones and characters
but you could master them with some time even 3 years
in arabic u need more than 20 years to become kind of close of understanding how the language work.
I know man, learning arabic grammar was torture.
Arabic grammar is not that hard, especially comparing it to languages like Russian or Polish. But Arabic has it’s difficulties. I love Arabic
Every people claim their language is the hardest, like it is something to be proud of, it is funny.
Honestly I never felt like Arabic is hard. I've always said our language is the easiest to learn.
No. Everyone claims there language is easy.
Moataz Seada I am Turkish, I am never proud of the hardness of my language. But I am proud because it is very organized. Maybe ten thousand times compared to Arabic or Mandarin or English.
@@soli8615 ? Hardness? How the fk is a language organized???

"Arabic or Chinese"
*Screams in Urdu*
Just for the info Urdu is a mixture of different languages.
Bilkul sahi kaha 😂
@Al 72 FYI we do speak English and our own language is just a bit more beautiful 🇵🇰
@Al 72
1 question... are you alright in the head? Your comment says otherwise.
@Al 72 Being able to speak English is not a measure of intelligence, bro. Look at the Japanese and Germans.
Arabic is really difficult even as a native Arabic speaker sometimes i read poetry and books in old Arabic and I can't understand a word. And the grammar is the most complicated thing ever.
